So living down in Florida i was unable to get myself a copy of the SI "ravens strong" cover so i ordered a handful from their single copy customer support line. There were 4 issue covers and i made it clear that i wanted to "ravens strong" cover.

Well they just came in today, and while i was ready with a few frames and some greedy friends, when i opened the package i was disgusted with what i got...

Ugh, Gang Green on the cover. I hope it's not a bad omen. They were immediately repackaged and returned with a threatening letter that if anything gang green is ever sent to my office again, we're going to unleash sizzle in their customer support station.

oh and one more thing....


Go Ravens. That is all!

That's a good omen.

When the Ravens crushed the Steelers. The Mag came out and most of us picked them up. It was a bad omen then because we lost badly the next game.

The fact that you got the Jets on the cover means that they didn't want to give you the Ravens cover because THAT would be a bad omen seeing how week 2 played out.
