Done and done. He deserves it totally. Only competitor in my opinion is the kicker for Cowboys, making 6 for 6, including the game winning kick, to put up the team's only points. Pretty impressive for a rookie. I don't think any of his kicks were particularly difficult and any experienced NFL kicker could've done what he did, but as a rookie and having to deal with the pressure of winning the game for your team, and to do it 6 out of 6 times, I was impressed. But I still think Torrey deserves it.

I could see rookie kicker Dan Bailey coming away with the prize. He did win if for 'America's team.'

The game barely got any coverage in general so it's not a big surprise.

I watched all of the videos, and I didn't understand some of their picks. Cam Newton had an okay day, but nothing special besides playing in inclimate weather. Julio Jones makes a reception that was nice, the throw was pretty bad and he made a circus catch out of it but again nothing special..he didn't even score any TDs that day. They don't even have Wisniewski's picture up. I don't get how Torrey doesn't run away with it.

Don't get me wrong, I think Dan Bailey did a heck of a job for Dallas and Jerry better have taken that kid out for dinner after the game. I understand that some rookies aren't given a chance to shine (like Torrey if Evans hadn't sat out) but at the same time sometimes maybe they just shouldn't have a Rookie of the Week if no rookies didn't anything truly noteworthy.

If he doesn't get rookie of the week he should. I don't think a rookie's ever done that before. I think the NFL was a little too big for him previously and he just needed something to get his confidence up. He should consistently improve from that game forward.

yea espn and media wanted to talk about how romo played in bad pain,how brave he was,all i can say is whoopie freakin due,a lot of NFL players play in pain
