Hello all,

just a short quickie.

I'm 16, I'm from Texas, and literally the only Baltimore Ravens fan around these parts. You might be wondering, why is a Texan a Raven's fan?
It all started in '03. I was playing madden with my cousin's, and had selected random. My choice came up as the ravens, and my cousin had the rams(a pretty good team at the time). So i was like ok, and the minute the gameplay started, I fell in love with the monster defense.
I cannot wait until December 20th, when Baltimore comes down here and battle Dallas. Seeing as my uncle is a die-hard cowboy's fan, it's been pretty hardcore between us, and we'll only see who is the better team in december.
I also applaude the ravens for all they've been through. I am content with having them as my team for life, and love that the media and everyone else, under estimates them, it only makes me love to watch them play more.

I've never heard too many people getting excited about getting the Ravens on Random pick on Madden. Glad it made you a fan. The more the merrier, welcome aboard.

Welcome to the boards!

I found how much I liked the Ravens through Madden too, doing a Superstar QB and then I got drafted by them right at the start of the 2006 season. While I was playing I saw the ravens website up on the field in the game and decided to check it out and I've been a fan ever since.

It's always good to see more Ravens fans, especially from outside of the Baltimore Metro area. If I had been paying more attention I probably would have been a Ravens fan sooner since there was no team to support out in New Mexico

welcome board fellow raven, might i add that i also have family down in both the Houston and Fort Worth and Galveston area. Lemme tell you its a family rivalry when they come come and start talking crap about our Ravens vs their Cowboys and their 4-5 Rings. its un-believiable lol. the One Time they came up, they flew into Philadelphia international airport right in the heart of philly right, well my cousin Thomas decidd to wear his Cowboys T.O. jersey....... lemme tell you, people were giving him dirty looks left and right, little groups were forming where ever he walked lol. "how about dem Cowboys!" he shouted. then quickly ran out the door and away from the air-port.


all i got to say about that is........... " HOW BOUT DEM RAVENS!" lol

Thanks a lot guys. I also forgot to mention that Mark clayton went to both my jr high, and my high school, which also sparked some interest for the ravens.

I play football too, But going pro, is only a dream for me. ;p

Hello! I'm Krystal. I'm not from texas but near enough to kiss the border. Lol. I'm also excited about the game between the Dallas Cowgurls and the Baltimore ravens. Hopefully, I'll be attendance! Lol. So, if the Ravens win I'll talk some smack to my bro in law! I feel alone also, all my classmates are cowgirl fans...Not a Raven fan for miles I'm afraid. but, Yeah, I'm new too! Go RAVENS!
