I fully agree with your RB choices. Steven isn't as hot as your other choices and will be facing the elite CLE D.
Lions' D because Brady and his receiving corps are way better than Cutler's.
Stick with Cam, I am!

I wouldn't say go that far about Steven Jackson, as he's been very solid lately. He's averaged over 130 yards per game over his last 4 contests, with 3 TDs in the span. Also, Cleveland is 30th in rush defense, which is far from elite. In fact, they've just allowed both Arian Foster and Ben Tate to amass 110+ rushing yards on the ground, with a combined YPC of 7.7. However, the Texans OL is better than that of the Rams, and Cleveland could afford to use 8 man fronts against the Rams with a nicked up Sam Bradford. I'm just arguing that he still looks like a solid option for this week. With that being said, I think all 4 of those RBs could have nice stat lines.

Wow, I didn't know that stat. Cleveland's well known for a decent D, but apparently most of that comes from pass D. And I wasn't knocking Steven, I was just saying that he wasn't as favorable as the other elite RBs he has. Plus, he was a limited participant in practice today.

Manningham at SF or Heyward-Bey at SD? HB averaged 96.3 receiving yards in the four games he played before Sunday's 0-yd game, so I still have faith in him. Manningham is consistently inconsistent, so I don't know if I can trust him.

I would go with Manningham. Eli is playing very well, and Hakeem Nicks could be out again so Manningham could see more targets. Hey-Bey is a risky play, because with Carson Palmer starting, its unknown who will become his favorite targets. Last Sunday saw Jacoby Ford have a huge game so that could cut into Hey-Bey's playing time.

Both are risky plays really, but I would think that Manningham is the less risky of the two.

Need 2 WRs:

Jordy Nelson vs MIN - Solid option and very good deep threat against a bad defense... I should probably start him.
Victor Cruz vs SF - He's been on fire lately. Gets more targets than Manningham and Nicks.
Santonio Holmes vs NE - Suspect offense against a suspect defense? Plus, NFL.com says start him, for whatever that's worth.
Jabar Gaffney vs MIA - Terrible offense but he does get more looks than any other WR on the team. And up against a bad defense.
Torrey! vs SEA - Was last week his launchpad? Did he blast off? Can we even see him anymore???

Yes to Jordy Nelson, he's been a great asset to my fantasy team.

For your second, It's a toss-up between Torrey vs SEA or Holmes vs NE. I think Torrey could have a breakout game, but looking at defensive stats, Seahawks are 18th in pass defense, Patriots are 32, so Holmes might be a safer option.

Start question: A.J. Green vs Steelers or Jordy Nelson vs Vikings?
What's funny is I traded both of these guys for Cedric Benson before the season started. SMH. Thought Andre Johnson, Roddy White and Maclin would be all the power at WR I would need.

Anyways. I'd go AJ Green. Bengals are going to look for Green early and often. Should have a solid day. Last time the Pack played the Vikings . Nelson posted 4 catches for 52 yards and no touchdowns.

I'll take your advice into consideration. Nice nickname, btw, I'm going to start calling Darrius Hey-Bey!

I'd disagree with Pu: go with Nelson. The Steelers have an elite D, the Bengals have an inconsistent QB. Jordy, on the other hand, will be playing against a horrible Vikings team, under the #1 QB, Rodgers.

For my RB2, should I start Starks vs MIN or Battle vs DEN? I know Battle has the higher potential and Rodgers is pass-crazy, but I have a feeling GB is going to run the ball a lot against a MIN D that will be eager to save face against their perrenail Midwest rival.

The problem with starting Starks is the Packers dont run. There is more of a chance of Starks or Grant catching a TD out of the backfield, then there is one of them running for a TD, in my opinion. The problem with starting Battle is that the Chiefs are terribly inconsistent. Tons of people started Battle against the Dolphins, and got practically nothing.

That said, I think Battle and Chiefs will rebound, and I predict Battle will have around 70 yds and a TD, while Starks will have 50 yds rushing and 20 receiving.

I suppose Battle would be the better play, but once again, either player is a risky play...

I second this. Chiefs were on the verge of a letdown after some good play. That's their thing. Denver has a pretty good run defense. But I think Battle and the Chiefs get back on track in Arrowhead.

So, who started Michael Bush last night?!
I didn't start him. But in one league I started V-Jax and Antonio Gates. SMH

Epic fail, Pu... but it's not your fault Jackson just gave up on that one deep ball that was picked in the end zone. I was very surprised at his lack of effort.

This guy. In the only league I had him in. Makes up for starting Vincent "The ball was thrown to me?" Jackson.

One of the other guys in my league, he should be happy even if he was going to win anyway because he's playing the guy in dead last

Gronkowski vs NYJ or J. Finley vs Min?
Wow, that's a tough one... I'd say Finley just because Rodgers is so studly.

Yeah, that's who I have in. I was thinking about putting Gronk in with Revis and Cromartie blanketed the Wr's.

I did! I ended up playing him in my flex since I have Adrian Peterson and Matt Forte at RB. It was a tossup between Bush and Beanie Wells in my flex spot, but I am so glad I went with Bush!

Yeah that is a toughie... Gronkowski could have a huge day, or Hernandez could have a huge day and Gronk could be nonexistent. I too would go with Finley.

Laurent Robinson or Brandon Lloyd?
Robinson because he's playing in a much more reliable O. You can never trust Lloyd to produce.

I agree that Robinson could certainly have a solid game. However, I don't agree with your point about Brandon Lloyd. He's averaged roughly 9 points per his last 3 games with St. Louis, with his output never dipping below 7.4 points. And that's with Bradford missing 2 weeks and playing the last one hurt. He's not the #1 WR he was last season, but he probably wasn't drafted to be, as his typical draft position was in the middle rounds. I'd consider him at worst, a solid #3 WR. However, I'd likely still start Robinson this week because of the match-ups. Lloyd will be drawing a tough match-up in Joe Haden, and the Browns #1 pass defense, so I expect a heavy dosage of Steven Jackson. Robinson has a much, much more favorable match-up against the Bills, and their 25th ranked defense.
