I'll be rooting against them regardless, but my only priority is to play the better option. I have to say. If anyone told me last year that I'd be strongly considering starting Edelman in the Fantasy Playoffs, they receive a nice, long hug...from themselves...because of the straitjacket.

Might do something bold. It's a must win for me to get into playoffs.

Thinking of benching Josh Gordon in favor of TY Hilton. Belicheck always seems to eliminate his opponents best weapon. I don't like his chances vs Talib with Cambell throwing. The only upside is Cleveland will most likely be losing and throwing.

TY is due for a big game. It's just so hard to bench him and I'll feel crazy if I do.

I can't recommend benching Gordon. Even if it comes back to bite you in hindsight. Johnson lit up their secondary to the tune of 8 catches and 121 yards, so I can't say that they eliminate the best opposing weapon. Hilton is a very intriguing option, but Gordon has been simply too good to bench.

I'm in a .5PR league. For your Flex, would you go with Brian Hartline or Julian Edelman? The match up advises to go with Hartline, since the Steelers have been poor against the pass and the Browns have been rather stout. But I'm leaning towards the latter. In his 7 starts, Edelman has drawn 70 targets, and he's started the last two games. At worst, I see 5 receptions for 50 yards, and I could live with that. The outlook of my other options is very bleak. Frank Gore is facing one of the best defenses in Seattle, and will be behind an OL that will likely be without Mike Iupati and Joe Staley. And Rashad Jennings is a game-time decision because of the concussion he sustained last week, and is facing the best run defense in football, that of the New York Jets.

Edelman.

And that why I'm going to lose. -_-

Also benched Chiefs D in favor of Rams.

I'm such an idiot and I deserve it

This is way easier than calling in to Jeremy @ the Fan ha. Who do you guys like more for this weeks matchup?

LaVeon Bell or Steven Jackson...

Bell is obviously the lead back for pitt, but at times he doesnt put up the numbers you would expect. Jackson looks like he's got the job under wraps, but I honestly never follow Atlanta enough nor if the skins are as bad at run D as everyone says.

Who would you start? I have Jamaal Charles as my #1.

Thanks!

Jackson.  Almost anyone is a good start against the Redskins.

I would go with Bell, because PIT still has a lot to play for.  ATL is just going through the motions at this point and has been getting cute starting obscure players, including at RB (Antone Smith?!).

Pick 3:

Shane Vereen @ Miami

Zac Stacy vs NOLA

Bobby Rainey vs SF

Toby Gerhart vs Philly

Pierre Thomas/Darren Sproles @STL

Vereen, Sproles and Stacy.

Pick 1 for my Non-PPR flex spot:

MJD vs Buffalo (hamstring linjury likely questionable. no practice yet)

Kendall Wright vs Arizona (ankle injury limited him last week to 17 yardsbut played last week with it)

Michael Floyd vs Tennessee (ankle injury limited him last week to 26 yards. no practice yet)

Brian Hartline vs New England (good matchup and is coming off back-to-back weeks with TDs)

Pick 1 for my Non-PPR flex spot:

MJD vs Buffalo (hamstring linjury likely questionable. no practice yet) - wait on this

Kendall Wright vs Arizona (ankle injury limited him last week to 17 yardsbut played last week with it) - wouldn't recommend

Michael Floyd vs Tennessee (ankle injury limited him last week to 26 yards. no practice yet) - stay away

Brian Hartline vs New England (good matchup and is coming off back-to-back weeks with TDs) - possibly

Alright here are my options.  PPR league.  Of course AP and Gronk would get hurt.

I need 1 RB out of:

Rashad Jennings (KC)

Bobby Rainey (SF)

Fred Jackson (@JAX)

Toby Gerhart (PHI)

Then, my WR and flex (pick 2):

Vincent Jackson (SF)

Torrey Smith (@DET)

Michael Floyd (@TEN)

Da'Rick Rogers (HOU)

That's what I have in right now.

I'm a little worried about Marcel Reece's performance and what that may mean for Jennings, but I don't really like any of my match ups there.  Jackson has the best matchup, but Spiller is still there.

At WR, I'm worried about Torrey and how boom or bust he's been lately.  VJax is usually a good bet for 15 each week.  I'm really considering Rogers with Brazill looking to be out and DHB just not being good.

I think Torrey will have a good game against the Lions secondary.

I hope lol.  I'm the #1 seed playing the #4, but his team is so hot right now.  I need as many points as possible.  Usually I can play it safe and take the consistent guys, but I need "boom" type guys this week.

NE @ Mia
NO @ StL
Bal @ Det

1 Defense... just picked up NO thinking I'd play them

and
Toby Gerhart v Phi
Joique Bell v Bal
Reggie Bush v Bal

1 RB, I'm definitely starting Lacy for my other.

And not to just go with popular decision but I agree with Torrey and V Jax. For the RB, I'd be torn between Fred Jackson and Rashad Jennings. But Rashad seems the safer bet.

Made it to the finals in 1 out of 3 (that's all I can ask for really). Now the question is:

Aaron Rodgers v Pit
or
Nick Foles v Chi

Assuming Rodgers plays of course. I have Lacy, Jordy, and Desean playing as well who I will definitely be playing.

even if Aaron makes it somehow, I'd still go Foles vs the Bears thin secondary

Foles because he has the hot hand and Rodgers could refracture his collarbone, what with his crappy O-line and PIT's D, who will have nothing to lose by playing dirty.

Rodgers isn't expected to play this week.
