Newton vs TB

or

Rivers vs CIN

I would take Newton. Carolina has been playing pretty solid all year. I just feel like SD is unreliable and way up and down with their games.

Should I use Shane Vereen in place of LaVeon Bell this week? Baltimore looks like they are starting to roll on D.

Don't start any Patriot RB, if you don't have to.  Leveon Bell is a consistent performer that scored over 10 against BAL in PIT.

I'm in the first Playoff round and am stuck between Rashad Jennings, Zac Stacy, CJ Spiller and Frank Gore in a .5PR for three spots. They're facing the #1, #2 and #7 (2) defenses against RBs. My only other feasible option is Steve Smith, who hasn't done much, but is good for about 8 points or so since he hasn't seen less than 3 receptions per game.

Jennings because he's McGloin's crutch.  Stacy will probably be in a timeshare w/Cunningham, Spiller WILL be in a timeshare and Gore won't overcome his minislump against SEA's front 7.

I appreciate the advice. I'd love to go with Jennings, and I still might. He's been my most dependable starter over the past few weeks. The only issues are that Jennings sustained a concussion following the nasty collision, and Darren McFadden is reportedly healthy enough to start in the somewhat unlikely scenario that Jennings misses the contest. The Jets also have been the best run stuffing unit I've seen in quite some time, so his floor is very difficult to determine for this week. That being said, if I go with Jennings, I'd still need to decide on the other two spots.

Pick 2 of these quarterbacks
Romo,Rivers,Flacco

If you believe that BAL's passing attack will have a breakout game against MIN's weak secondary, go with Flacco over Romo.

Manning at San Diego. San Diego has one of the worst pass defenses in football and will be playing in warm weather.

Ray Rice vs Min
Or
Antonio Bown vs Mia

Also have:
Giovanni Bernard vs Ind
Riley Cooper vs Det

Need one of these guys for my flex, I think it comes down to Rice and Brown.

So would you go with Flacco vs the Vikings or Wilson vs. the 49ers. I'm heavily leaning towards Flacco. Vikings have given up the most points to QBs while the 49ers have given up the 5th fewest.

For WR which two would you pick?

Torrey Smith vs Vikings

Vincent Jackson vs. Bills

Dwayne Bowe vs Redskins

Andre Johnson vs Jags

Eddie Royal vs Giants

I'm pretty much definitely going with Torrey. I'm thinking about going with Jackson for WR 2 because of the bad Bills defense.

Wilson. I just don't trust Ravens offense.

Go with Andre and Vincent. Or Vicent and Torrey. but again, i dont trust our offense.

As terrific of a match up as Smith has against Minnesota, it's very difficult to bench either Andre Johnson and Vincent Brown, especially when they're facing Jacksonville and Buffalo, respectively. Jackson has the best match up of all three, but you can't go wrong between either of those WRs.

I'd lean towards Brown. Brent Grimes has had a terrific season, so it's not the best match up. But he'll always see his fair share of targets, and Rice is difficult to trust. As is Cooper, given that he's seen an average of under 5 targets per game. Bernard is a very underrated option. For me, it would be between Brown and Bernard.

The only thing is, the last time they played Jags he only had 3.6 points. None of my Wrs have been consistent starters ever since Cobb went down. I just don't know if I trust that passing game.

That he did. But Johnson was only targeted a mere 5 times. That performance was sandwiched between a 5 game stretch wherein Johnson scored a combined 80.3 points in standard leagues. Plus, Jacksonville's pass defense has struggled this season, allowing the 10th most yards and the 6th most yards per pass, not to mention the 4th highest QB rating of 100.0. It's difficult to justify benching Johnson based purely on that lone performance, especially since he just torched a far more talented secondary. Their passing game isn't entirely match-up proof, but neither is ours. The difference is, they have the 3rd highest targeted WR in all of football, who also has the 3rd most yards. Just my opinion.

That is true, and your opinion is one I value on here. It's a tough decision for me. I just see our running game struggling like usual and Torrey blowing up in this game. That and I trust Flacco over Keenum. It's a tough decision for me lol,

Thank you. I very much appreciate that. And I can't fault your decision. We're playing in a dome, so the conditions are perfect for Smith and he's also facing a secondary that has been putrid against the pass. Either way you go, you're starting a very good option for this week.

Drew Brees home vs. the Panthers

OR

Tom Brady home vs. the Browns?

Projections have them about equal.  It's the playoffs though!

Brees because that game will be an epic shootout. 2 fierce division rivals duking it out. Rivera and co will be desperate to finally win the division. The NE-CLE game will be a wash; they'll probably throw in the towel early in the 3rd and just run the ball for the rest of the game.

I'm in a .5PR league. For your Flex, would you go with Brian Hartline or Julian Edelman? The match up advises to go with Hartline, since the Steelers have been poor against the pass and the Browns have been rather stout. But I'm leaning towards the latter. In his 7 starts, Edelman has drawn 70 targets, and he's started the last two games. At worst, I see 5 receptions for 50 yards, and I could live with that. The outlook of my other options are very bleak. Frank Gore is facing one of the best defenses in Seattle, and will be behind an OL that will likely be without Mike Iupati and Joe Staley. And Rashad Jennings is a game-time decision because of the concussion he sustained last week, and is facing the best run defense in football, that of the New York Jets.
