Alright party ppl

Torrey Smith or Mendenhall?

Is this a real question?  Of course you start Torrey against CLE @ M&T!

So I have two lineups to choose from for fanduel week 2

Terrelle Pryor

Reggie Bush

LeSean McCoy

Jordy Nelson

Vincent Jackson

DeSean Jackson

Kellen Winslow

Baltimore Defense

Greg Zuerline

or

Terrelle Pryor

Darren Sproles

Shady McCoy

Vincent Jackson

DeSean Jackson

Jordy Nelson

Jason Witten

Baltimore's Defense

Greg Zuerline

Could you highlight the differences in the future?  Also, you spelled Zuerlin wrong.  Anyway:

Bush~ unbenchable at this point; he's Stafford's only weapon besides Megatron.  He'll rack up a lot of passing yd in addition to rushing yd.

Witten~ Romo's go-to guy.  If Bryant and Terrance Williams continue to struggle, Witten's stock will increase.  The Jets are too chaotic to trust, anyway.

Should I pick up Edleman and play him vs the jets? My other options are Hilton vs the Dolphins and Hartline vs the Colts..... Or Miles Austin vs the Chiefs.

Edelman will be Brady's go-to guy, in steed of Sudfeld, Gronkowski, Amendola and Vereen.

TE decisions to make:

Winslow against NE
or
J. Cameron against the reigning Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens (man I like writing that)

WR help please:
Marlon Brown @ CLE (I smell sleeper)
Jordy Nelson @ WSH (should be solid against the old man D. Hall)
A. Roberts(ARZ) @ DET (young blood on question of a secondary)
R. Randle (NYG) @ DEN (hmmm, may have a good night)
G. Little @ SUPER BOWL CHAMPS ( just can't see him making any money)

Thoughts?

Nelson is almost unbenchable.  Jennings' big drop, Jones' non-existence on the field and Lacy's struggles should continue to boost his stock.  As for TE, you'll have to root against your team.  Cameron had a monster day, in spite of his QB throwing 3 picks against the stout MIA D.

Trying to decide on 3 starters here in a .5 PPR league. I need 1 WR, 1 RB, and a flex between these 4 players.

WR Torrey Smith vs CLE

WR Julian Edelman vs NYJ

RB: David Wilson vs DEN

RB: Daryl Richardson vs ATL

I'm leaning towards starting Edelman and Richardson, but am having a hard time deciding between Smith and Wilson. Smith has a tough matchup with Haden but he should be a big part of the gameplan. Wilson played horribly last week but with Da'Rel Scott likely out there is basically nobody behind him and I just have some feeling that he is gonna bounce back big time with a 2nd chance. What does everyone think?

Go with Torrey and Edelman.  Last time Wilson had a fumbble-fest, Coughlin benched him for half a season.  Jacobs is back and Da'Rell Scott performed decently, too.

Ok so in my ESPN League I was looking through free agents. Didn't realize Alex Smith was available and put a claim in for him immediately. It went through, and I got him. Dropped Brandon Weeden for Smith by the way. Ok so Eli Manning is my QB and while yes it was against the Jags, something tells me Smith may excel under Reid and be a good fantasy option.

Should I stick with Eli playing the Denver Defense or should I start Alex Smith going against the Cowboys defense? ESPN projects Eli at 11 points while Smith is projected at 9. Eli got 28 points last week while Smith got 16. Thoughts?

I would stick with Eli.  Alex Smith still has a way to go to be a viable option in fantasy.  He doesn't look down field enough.

Eli could get into a shootout with Denver who has no pass rush.  Unlike the Ravens, the Giants have all their receiving weapons (that can catch).

Ryan Matthews @ Philly or Tavon Austin @ Atlanta for my flex spot.

I might not use either. This move depends on the status of Julio Jones come game time. Right now, he's questionable.

Julio will be fine, but if you still need to decide between those two I like Matthews a little more. Tavon Austin hasn't shown he is worthy of a fantasy start as of yet.

Thoughts on Ahmad Bradshaw now that Ballard is out?

Good news if you own him. Ballard was doing great in pass protection and this looked like a pretty even split going forward. Brown isn't a threat.

I would be hesitant to start him against Miami this week. He also has a fairly tough schedule coming up. SF, Seattle, two games against Houston, Broncos. Hopefully he stays healthy.

That is a bad schedule. I would probably be trying to sell him off.

Yea, but then again the running back pool is pretty ugly this year and he can catch dump off passes, he does have value despite the rough schedule. Health of course is the key.

Probably a RB2 against the Jags/Chargers

This is my team depth chart.

QBs: Vick, Romo

RBs: Trent Richardson, Stevan Ridley, Darren McFadden, Lamar Miller

WRs: Calvin Johnson, Randall Cobb, Cecil Shorts, Stevie Johnson, Chris Givens, Kenbrell Thompkins

TE: Julius Thomas, Rob Gronkowski

So I had Stevan Ridley rush for a whopping 40 yards Thursday. I have Trent in my RB2 spot and DMC in my flex. Really considering benching Trent in favor of DMC at that spot and Starting Cecil Shorts.

Trent did average 16 fantasy points against us last season but he has Oneil Cousins as a starting guard until Luavo is back. What would you do?

P.s. I am dropping Kenbrell Thompkins this week. I put a waiver to pick up Bilal Powell who was dropped in my league before Thursday night.

DAL has a better secondary than DEN.  Eli has much better WRs/TE.  Go with The Book of Eli.

I was going to go with Floyd.

And in a different league:
I'm sure i will get some flack for this, but should i still start Megatron against Patrick Peterson? I do have Randall Cobb (vs WAS) and Reggie Wayne (vs MIA) on the bench.

Always start Megatron.

I'd start Cobb over Wayne depending on who you are starting with Megatron.

The minute you bench Calvin, he goes off for 200 yards and 3 Tds.  Peterson-smerderson.  Start your studs.

I'd go Floyd over Smith.

Two from

Stevie Johnson vs Carolina

Emmanual Sanders at Cincinnati

DeAndre Hopkins vs Tennesse

Harry Douglas vs St Louis

I have Megatron who I'll be starting obviously.

I need two receivers from that group and I've been indecisve all week. I'm leaning towards Douglas as Julio Jones and Roddy White are questionable.

I like Sanders but Mike Zimmer will have the D firing and Steelers are a mess.

Hopkins is an excellent young rookie but he has to share targets with the loaded Texans offense which is run heavy anyway

Help appreciated :)

I just picked up Marlon Brown off of free agency. Question is do I start him alongside Torrey Smith or sit him? I got Sanders from Pittsburgh as my other receiver.

Marlon Brown or Torrey? Please help guys I'm so nervous.

The corner that Denver had on Torrey wasn't as good as Haden is, the Brown's safetys aren't nearly as good as Denver's, and the Brown's other CBs are small and not very good at football.

To be honest, I think they'll have similar statlines, but Joe's spent two years with Torrey and two months with Brown, so I'd go with Torrey.
