I agree.  I don't think Kaep has Flacco's ability as a passer to fit the ball into tight windows like that, not that he has a weak arm, and I don't think he has Flacco's go switch.  Additionally, the 49ers are going to run the ball a lot more than they did today.  The Packers did a really good job shutting that down until the fourth quarter when it all fell apart.  When he's able to, I'm guessing Kaep will run instead of looking for Boldin when the play breaks down.  The gameplan was specifically to stop Kaep's running and the read option today, and I'd say that in that respect the Packers were fairly successful.  Their secondary stunk though, but they were missing their starting safety so that didn't help.

They were also missing Casey Hayward, their best cover corner.

And they were basically starting two strong safety's because their only good free safety is injured.

In ATD's league (PPR) I'm starting 2 of the following:

Steve Smith (@ BUF)
Julius Thomas (@ NYG)
Torrey Smith (vs CLE)

Does Haden make me sit Torrey?

Sit Steve, start Torrey.  CAR's passing game is a mess now.  Torrey's guaranteed to be targeted, as he's Flacco's #1 option.

DeAngelo Williams or Cecil Shorts.  Leaning towards Williams, as he's somewhat more reliable than any JAC.

Shorts did well with Henne last year, and Gabbert got himself injured again.

I wanna trade in my ARI defense. Who should I pick up?  I like CAR.

Also on the wire;

KC, MIA, DET

Pick up DET for Week 2.  They have the best matchup: AZ.

Think they'll do better than CAR @ BUF who kept the Seahawks to 12 points?

Andrew Luck didn't look too hot against Oakland. This week, he plays Miami.

Do I stick with him or go with Sam Bradford @ ATL?

Also, Cutler is on the waiver wire as he plays @ Chicago against VIkes.

I'd take Luck over those two. Sam Bradford has no place starting in anything less than a 16 team league when your starter has a bye.

Start Luck. Drop Bradford for Cutler though.

What are peoples thoughts on David Wilson? Will he start? I have Eddie Lacy or Pierre Thomas as other options!

I'd go with Lacy.

You are right. I guess I just expected more yardage, but his stats were pretty nice.

18-23, 178 yards, 2 TD's.

Fair point, but I kinda like the first one more just because I think Winslow may be good for 6 catches and a td again

Should I pick up Edleman and play him vs the jets? My other options are Hilton vs the Dolphins and Hartline vs the Colts..... Or Miles Austin vs the Chiefs.

TE decisions to make:

Winslow against NE
or
J. Cameron against the reigning Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens (man I like writing that)

WR help please:
Marlon Brown @ CLE (I smell sleeper)
Jordy Nelson @ WSH (should be solid against the old man D. Hall)
A. Roberts(ARZ) @ DET (young blood on question of a secondary)
R. Randle (NYG) @ DEN (hmmm, may have a good night)
G. Little @ SUPER BOWL CHAMPS ( just can't see him making any money)

Thoughts?

I'd play Randle and Nelson. I'd also play Winslow at NE

Randall Cobb or Vincent Jackson?

@SizzleBSHU

I would play Cobb. WSH had trouble keeping up with PHL on MNF. I can see Rodger shredding that secondary.

I'm already playing Jordy though. Not that I couldn't pair them but Vjax against the Saints is very tempting. Same floor imo but higher upside with Vjax.

Trying to decide on 3 starters here in a .5 PPR league. I need 1 WR, 1 RB, and a flex between these 4 players.

WR Torrey Smith vs CLE

WR Julian Edelman vs NYJ

RB: David Wilson vs DEN

RB: Daryl Richardson vs ATL

I'm leaning towards starting Edelman and Richardson, but am having a hard time deciding between Smith and Wilson. Smith has a tough matchup with Haden but he should be a big part of the gameplan. Wilson played horribly last week but with Da'Rel Scott likely out there is basically nobody behind him and I just have some feeling that he is gonna bounce back big time with a 2nd chance. What does everyone think?
