Should i start Ryan Mathews (At MIA) over Peyton Hillis (at TEN) or Michael Turner (at SEA)?

Mathews has the hot hand right now, and Tolbert doesn't seem to be getting as many carries now. Hillis should be good to go this week, and Turner was a disappointment last week, only rushing for 20 yards.

Also should i start Stafford (aquired in trade) (at DAL) or Vick (at SF).

I was gonna go with Stafford, because of the fact that Vick has also been a disappointment so far this year. 2 games in a row now he's left at the end of the 3rd quarter. Stafford has been very good so far.

As always, thanks for the help. I may have another question later in the week, i'm just gonna wait to see how these injuries i have on my team play out.
RB's

1) Turner, cmon it's Seattle... worst team in the NFL right now
2) Matthews, getting the increased workload and going against miami
3) Hillis, recovering from strep throat, could be losing touches to the other rb, and going against tennessee who has been playing pretty damn good on defense lately

and yes, you should start stafford over vick, vick has only completed 1 full game this year, that's a decent amount of points, stafford has been dropping 40 on alot of teams, i go with stafford, especially with the weapons he has on Offense, and the fact that he is still healthy

I'm hoping Maclin can go. He participated in the walkthrough this morning. So it sounds like he is a part of their of gameplan. Not worried about Wallace. This is a big game for the Steelers and they will be locked and loaded.

Trying to decide if I want to go Schaub(Pitt) or Fitzpatrick(Cincinnati) this week. Tempted to go Fitzpatrick with the way he's playing.

That's a tough one. Although Cincinnati has yet to play an elite QB thus far, their rankings through 3 weeks (3rd in overall defense & 5th in pass defense) have been impressive. I have a feeling that they haven't forgotten the massive comeback Fitzpatrick launched on them in 2010. Pittsburgh owns the #1 pass defense. However, facing the trio of Tarvaris Jackson, Kerry Collins & Curtis Painter probably made those look a little better than they should be. I'd actually lean towards Schaub, but all in all, it's not an easy choice.

Oh, and as far as Chris Johnson, I haven't fully given up on him yet, he will come back.. hopefully with a vengeance. and now that britt is out for the year, tennessee is going to need another playmaker to step up, and I highly doubt Nate Washington will be it (although i picked him up just in case.)

EDIT: However, I'm not starting him until after his first "i'm back game", he did lose trust with me

Fitzpatrick. That would be an easy one for me. The way he has been playing he would get the nod from me.

I told people before the season started that Ahmad Hall (FB) is a big part of springing CJ to the open spot. He was suspended for the first four games. I didn't imagine CJ being that bad against the Broncos without him. But there is a sign of hope when Hall comes back from his 4 game suspension.

Ok I have a TE/WR flex position in a big league, my choices are slim and far between so any help would be appreciated.

which one?
Damian Williams, WR, Tenn, (@Cin) - With Briit out and the running game in not great and Hassleback spreading the ball well he may be a decent option.
Chad Ochocinco, WR, NE (@Oak) - Honestly has been a big disappointment all year but I have been waiting for the one break out game and if I miss it, that would suck
Randall Cobb, WR, GB (vs. Den) - Could put up a big play, GB should put up points against Denver
I am hoping I get Antonio Brown of waivers but if not these are the choices..who would you start???? Yes I know they arent great options

I like Damian Williams. Always thought he had talent. Hasselback has been throwing it very well. Washington will probably have Hall guarding him and the Titans can't get the run game going. So Damian is going to get looks.

Cobbs you just don't know in a spread it around offense. Still waiting on the Ocho train. The drop last week doesn't help.

I have a tough choice for starting defense this week. I have the Ravens and the Saints. I have a lot of faith in our boys, but with the Saints playing the Jags this weekend, they could end up mopping the floor with them while we're grinding it out against the Jets. Thoughts?

Edit: I also see Marques Colston is supposed to play this weekend, I have M. Wallace, D. Nelson, and J. Nelson starting. Time to consider a switch?

I just saw on ESPN.com that Mathews was out of practice yesterday with a foot injury but that he expects to be ready to go Sunday.

What do you guys think about a flex in a ppr league?

Eric Decker @ Green Bay Suspect secondary
Nate Washington @ Cleveland w/ his #1WR label and Joe Haden.

Kinda wanna go Decker. Green Bay should be up on Denver and they will have to throw.

Agreed. Although, Washington does have the size and speed to do some work on the Cleveland D.

I don't know. Joe Haden is slowly becoming the next great shut down corner. He has done a great job against Marshall, Wayne and AJ Green already. Browns are the 5th best in the league in opposing WR points.

I'd definitely go Decker. Washington isn't that great and he's going to draw Haden, who's an absolute monster.

In a TD only league (TEs are counted as receivers) who do I pick for my flex spot: Mark Ingram, Brandon Jacobs, Cedric Benson, Jimmy Graham or Owen Daniels (12 team league, I know Daniels and Graham are must starts, but my top 3 receivers are Calvin Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald and Rob Gronkowski.)

WR Situation:

Current start: M Wallace. J. Nelson, D. Nelson
Bench: D. Moore, J. Knox, M. Colston

Right now Yahoo is predicting Moore is going to get more points against NE this weekend, but I'm not so sure. I could see D. Nelson lighting it up against the Bengals. I'm thinking about switching D. Moore with J. Nelson, though knowing my luck, Nelson would have a monster game, even with being #2 on the depth chart. Thoughts?

I would put D Moore in for D Nelson. David Nelson is the safer pick but Moore could have a monster game.

1st team looks fine.

2nd Team
I would go Brandon Marshall as WR2. Dolphins are without Thomas so their run game will be putrid. They'll probably be playing from behind and will need to throw the ball. Flex. Some good choices there. I'd probably go Felix Jones. Cowboys want to alleviate their passing woes by running the ball. Jones ran it well last week. Running to the outside is possible against the Lions.

Kendall has a great matchup but it is yet to be seen the split with Gore. Nate has to matchup with Haden.

Decker's looking like a great choice!
Yep. I'm trying to hold off a team in my money league to stay 4-0. Decker did a wonderful job adjusting to that 33 yard TD pass.

Nate Washington was semi held by Haden. Titans look good even without Britt. Makes me not feel so bad losing to them.

I have ray rice on the bye and luckily still have McFadden. But out of these who do you guys think I should start as my #2 HB.
F. Gore vs the Buccs
C. Benson vs the Jags
K. Moreno vs Chargers (as long as the waivers clear)

Also having a hard time deciding who to play at WR (need two)
S. Johnson vs Eagles (been a consistent starter every week, but don't know how he will do against Aso and company )
W. Welker vs. Jets (been a star for me so thinking I will start him even though he is against the jets)
J. Maclin vs Bills (thinking he could do well against the bills)
S. Smith (panthers) vs Saints (thinking he could do well against the saints D and have been burned the three times I didn't start him)

Also out of the players mentioned above who would you start at W/R. (Thinking a wr)

Here's one which makes me sick.

Arian Foster is #1 on ESPN's combined rankings.

I could have had Foster & Sidney Rice in a trade for my Jahvid Best. And I declined it. I declined it!!!!!! Arghhh!!!!

Saints are up against the Panthers this weekend, and Cam Newton has been a freak when it comes to the stats. I own Newton and he's starting in place of Flacco (Should have started him last week!) but I also have the Saints D in my lineup. I'm debating if I want to pick up the Patriots D and drop the Saints, or hang on and see what the Saints do.

Also my RB's are Green Ellis, Tomlinson, and Tate, is it worth the risk to put Green Ellis and Tomlinson together? I've been looking and the Jets could stop the passing so the Pats might have to go to the run anyway, or is there someone I should try to grab if they're on waivers (like Stevan Ridley)

Finally, WR's, who to start,

Wallace vs Titans (Almost a given, he's been good this year)
Moore vs Houston (Houston's been firing on all cylinders, may want to bench him)
Colston vs Panthers (2nd game back since he broke his collarbone, might get more throws this week)
D. Nelson vs Eagles (He burned me last week in fantasy but Eagles are imploding)
J. Nelson vs Falcons (He's been good and Falcons are not good at the pass rush)

So I'm thinking Wallace and J. Nelson, but third?

I would start both Cam Newton and the Saints Defense. No problem there. Patriots defense has issues. Plus Mayo is out. Ugly.

Ridley will overtake BGE soon enough. But for this game I'd still go with BGE. But I probably like Ridley more if Woodhead can't go. Is Isaac Redman on your wire? I doubt Mendenhall goes and with Ben nursing injuries, Redman could see 20-25 carries w/ Goalline work.

Wallace. I also think GB vs Nelson is a shoot out. Start Nelson.
