Heath Evans Raven Hater

38 posts in this topic

Heath Evans is the most obnoxious analyst ever. Just because someone's a former player, doesnt mean they shouId be an analyst. I know. I know. NFL Network is always down on us. I personally like it better when we're underrated and not getting all the spotlight. But I can't figure out why this guy hates us so much. Everytime we're brought up it's "This is the steelers division. The ravens have no chance." Even after week one.

I just got a thing on my Twitter "Heath Evans questioning the Ravens DNA? No Huddle Tonight 10pm ET"

So I guess my point is... Does anyone know why he's so against us?

Just another idiot spouting his worthless opinion. Only thing I can say is don't listen and dont get rubbed the wrong way by any of these people because they get paid to do it.

Put him on the list.

Sapp, Dukes, Carter, Johnson, now Evans... they keep piling up.

Deon Sanders, Emmitt Smith and Mike Dikta have said some positive things about this team and look at them, bunch of Hall Of Famers.

So if when we win the SB, what is the report going to look like the next day.

I'm not knocking you or anything but why do care what Evans thinks? The guy is clueless. Lombardi took him to task a few weeks back.

I know. I was asking because the way he talks about us you would think he was Woodley.

Didn't know if there was any bad blood.

He's a habitual loser. Look at him....couldn't be a HB had to play FB....couldn't cut it on the Pats got cut, picked up by the Saints, got cut....he's a loser.

On another note, thank the Dolphins for giving Brady ANOTHER MVP award.

I can't stand Heath Evans. Honestly, his overaggressive approach to debates is incredibly obnoxious. He has absolutely no idea how to take criticism, and constantly responds to any disagreement by talking over his fellow analysts in order to drown out their opinions.

I think you guys are missing the important part here: Ravens DNA is being called into question? Does Heath Evans think the entire Ravens team is his father?

*Yawn* Same network, different analyst. I don't know what NFL network has against us, but its annoying. I try not to watch anymore.

Insert Heath Evans instead of Britney Spears. As for Warren, there's nothing you can make out of him. He makes a fool out of himself by just talking. Simeon Rice carried him!! I'd much rather see Simeon as a NFL analyst.

Heath Evans questions the Ravens DNA? Heath Evans didn't question the Steelers DNA when we plowed them? Heath Evans can...
Heath Evans can do what he wants. I learned long ago not to pay mind to the media and their constant belittling of the Ravens team and players. We could win a Super Bowl and they would still find an explanation about how somehow we didn't belong and credit for it goes to luck or some unknown reason, given that it gives no credit to us. Just ignore it. Gauge our team by what facts we know, not by their ramble.

From what I've seen of him he is easily made emotional and interrupts other analysts. he's probably on there just to give us fans something to talk about. Kinda like the big hulking enforcer in hockey, little skill but serves his purpose.

At the end of the day, he's paid to discuss NFL football and on the back of our loss in Tenn you can't argue with the fact that a lot of the talking heads will be asking questions rather than gushing over us.

Washed up player who wasn't good enough to still play is now analyzing why players or teams aren't performing. That makes sense.

I believe his career as an analyst will be even more short lived than his career as a football player.

Just like Jamie Dukes and Bayless he is basically a professional troll. He only makes inflammatory comments because non inflammatory comments by him would be ignored.

Iunno Sapp said the Steelers are "old and it's over for them" so I wouldn't really say he's against us anymore. He seemed to kinda completely switch opinions after week 1 when we destroyed the Steelers.

I hope they keep bashing us, because after that performance last week, we need a fire lit under our you-know-whats. If the Ravens take that personally and come out and play like they should, I'm all for it. A lot of recent former players just hate us, and I've come to accept it.

Looks like he is interested in opening Dunkin' Donuts franchises in Alabama. Sounds like that will be a more attainable long-term goal than football analysis, anyways.

He's a former player, I'm glad the Ravens left him salty. Must've gotten cracked by Ray Ray and told "This is a man's game, BOY!!!!!", while he was picking turf out of his teeth, walking over to the sidelines.
