Fifa 12

If you want the new Fifa 12 game go to Toys R Us there is a deal for 45 bucks you can preorder it. Also, even though I think I am the only person on this forum that plays Fifa, I don't really care and I'm starting my own thread to get pumped about it.

The play seems much more fluid in this game, and apparently they focused a lot more on defense. I hope the dribbling is easier to use and there is tutorials for them because I have never used them (partially because I never thought they were effective).

Ya I haven't purchased a fifa game since 09 or 10 because it seems like they haven't made any drastic updates since then and I can't really justify paying $60 or $70 for it. What are the big new features in FIFA 12 over FIFA 11?

Well from 10 to 11 the dribbling started making strides. I never did any dribbling moves in Fifa 10, and the lob through balls were just too easy. I haven't played 12 but apparently the defense is a lot more realistic and they really focused on that part of the game. In 11 the give and go was the secret to scoring but apparently they took that away. We will see how realistic it is.

Fifa 12 against other people is fun, against the computer it's complete garbage.

When playing other people it feels realistic and fluid, playing against the AI is completely pointless. The AI reacts to what you're doing before you even do it, has their garbage players (a 69 overall guy with 69 pace out-ran my 79 overall 85 pace guy to a ball from the same starting point) beat yours to the ball EVERY time, their players read the game far too well AND they now use that ridiculously cheap, annoying cut back. Who ever decided that having "Jew" goals scored by the AI is a complete moron.

I enjoy it against other people, but since I loathe the garbage new AI I can't really stand playing Career mode or anything. Returning it, since the only time I'll play it is at my buddies and he has a copy.
