What Time Does Espn Re-Open Free Agency/trades?

Couldn't find it on the website and I'm curious to know what time ESPN re-opens free agency and allows trades to be made after the week of games are done. I know its sometime Monday after the MN game, but time is crucial to me. Our league doesn't have a WW and its first come, first serve.

That's a crazy rule. Every league should have some sort of WW process. Have no idea when the time is. But if I had to take an educated guess. I'd say 3 A.M tonight. They process waivers at 3 AM on Thursday. So I am assuming that perhaps they open up the week at 3 AM Tuesday.
