Steven jackson is hurt and the titans defense is superior to the rams. So I would say the titans are the better team. The rams have the worst receiving core in the league.

I bolded the part i thought was funny. They may have the worst receiving core in the league, but if we cant cover them, they are gonna look like the best.

I don't understand. Covering the worst WR corps in the league is a lot easier then covering Britt...

Washington and Britt is one hell of a receiving tandem. With Amendola(sp?) possibly out, the Rams don't have many options.

Our corners can cover average recievers, but anybod.y above average they make look like jerry rice. I can't remember the last time we didn't allow a good reciever 100 yards. Jimmy will change that when he gets back.

I also find it very difficult to believe that a team that was so dominant against the Steelers will let this game spiral us down the rest of the way. Come on, seriously? We'll be back.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sam Bradford manages to keep this game close for the Rams. That said, the Ravens under Harbaugh rarely have had two bad losses in a row.

History dictates that the Ravens will rebound. I predict, however, the team won't really find its groove again until after the bye week, just by virtue of the schedule.

About weeks 3, 4, and 6 and in my honest opinion this team has a real chance at starting out 1 - 4. While I do know that 2 of these 3 games are at home, something scares me after seeing today. The Rams may be banged up, but I don't think Bradford is a push over. Plus let's not forget the fact that the game is in St. Louis. Houston gave Baltimore a good scare last season and Andre Johnson is a monster. If the Ravens secondary had so many problems against Britt today, who knows what nightmare Johnson will cause. Then we have the Jets -- as we all know, Rex has a personal vendetta against Baltimore.

I hope I am wrong but meh. Unsure at this current point.

Assuming this week was an anomaly, we'll be fine. If the team comes out and plays like it did during Week 1 we'll be able to beat anyone, even the Packers and Patriots, which are the only teams I'd rank ahead of us right now.

We better come up with a better game plan, it seems we can not defend the 3/5 step drop ball out offense playing 5-7 yards off the ball at CB.

This is the biggest problem I saw. Hasselbeck negated the pass-rush by doing short drops and quick throws and our corners were no where to be found. Actually, they were usually trailing Kenny Britt...

I have a bitter taste in my mouth from the Titans game but crushing Sam Bradford would make me feel a whole lot better.

I'm not overlooking any opponent after what happened yesterday. It might help that they have a short week, however. I hope the dissapointing loss to the Titans lights a fire under us.

Not as bad as you would think compare to most teams injury report. http://www.nfl.com/injuries We had and have enough to beat Titans/Rams. I just hope that some new pieces SHOW up and step it up. It's not a good time for these new talents to just fade away and have our Ravens go back and rely on someone else to just show up for them.

I don't think the Rams play a cover 2, so we should be fine. If they do, we might be in for another long Sunday...

We match up really well against the Rams offense. They're very conservative with no receiving weapons to speak of. Bradford's rookie season was vastly overrated.

At this point I'd be willing to pull anyone with CB experience off the street and start them over Foxworth. I think after Foxy got burnt the first time, or the second, or the third they should have seen what Brown could do. I think the O line suffered without Grubbs badly. Levoir is not the answer. Next man up if Grubbs can't go next week and we'll see.

Chykie was actually inactive this week.

He actually played quite well against the eagles defense but the eagles got an extremely lucky strip stack return TD (Bradford tripped trying to hand the ball off and fumbled). His receivers also dropped like 10 open passes, it was the worst display of pass catching I have seen in a college or NFL game ever and then he hurt his finger. If his receivers were competant, he didn't trip, and him and steven jackson didn't get hurt I'm fairly certain that the Rams would have won that game. They were just marching up the field time after time even after jackson left the game.

I was more concerned for this game than the Titans game because I thought after week 1 that the Rams were a much better team, but now I don't know what to think. I watched the Rams vs Eagles game but I didn't watch the Titans and Jags game. I can't wait for tonight to get some more insight on the Rams and hopefully we can take advantage of their short week and pull out a big W.

Sam Bradford isn't like Peyton, where Peyton can make any man that is placed at the WR position look like a superstar. Assuming they don't have Amendola, we should be alright IMO. Hopefully the Giants can put a beating on Bradford and the Rams, especially since it will already be a short week for them.

I wouldn't write off the Rams passing game. They might not have the best WR group but they do have an offensive system and Cord that likes to spread it out, which could be dangerous for this team especially if we are missing guys in our secondary. If Bradford can get a little bit of time and the receivers get clean releases. It could be another long day.

The key like always for us comes down to getting pressure on Bradford.

I understand we arent as injured as others but add that to all the new pieces we have plus the yoing in major roles and i can see why we had troubles

Not so much writing them off, but otherwise you're right. If we had gotten within Hasselbeck's zip code at any point yesterday, no way would they have been successful.
