Warren Sapp Is Such A Bad Analyst It's Sad.

13 posts in this topic

Leading up to week 1 he continually called the Ravens defense old, but despite the fact that the Steelers have the much older defense he continued to either defend or ignore that fact. Now after one week he has completely reversed course and declaring the Steelers season pretty much over.

All this guy cares about is attention. Nobody should write off the defending conference champions so easily after one game,

I rarely take whatever these pundits say to heart. You never know when they are speaking what they truly feel and when they are speaking on behalf of some producer that just wants to stir things up.

That's pretty silly to say something like that after 1 game. If they look that bad against Seattle, then he might have a point.

I think it's just like the Bruschi/Chad thing. If you want attention, you better come out and say something that gets attention, right or wrong. It's the Jerry Springer effect.

Sapp ... SHHHHH.. You said there was no way the Ravens could beat the steelers... Now, you're saying they're over the hill.... Make up your mind.

Yeah, that was pretty ridiculous. And ESPN covered it like it actually meant something and wasn't just an overrated former player shouting at the TV.

I'm hating ESPN because I'm stuck with it, here...

Yea, the Bruschi Rant was SAD. Coming from a guy that has lost about 40lbs of muscle after hanging up the cleats... He's the last person that should talk about questioning someones work ethic....

I don't mind as much if he at least admitted that he was wrong and if he wasn't so boast-ful and definiative with his statements and then he changes opinions so quickly.

I agree bout these so called experts.NFL network needs a new production staff because all they're doing is trying to get folks ralled up. It's thier opinions that is what people want to hear and I am not buying it and neither are any of my friends. It makes the frontmen..aka Sapp, Dukes, H. Evans look like pinheads. I think most people want responsible intelligent analysis and not what we are seeing from todays so called frontmen. I will say Mayock, Baldinger, Billick, Lombardi, C. Davis among some others are the real experts

So, what has Sapp said about the Steelers this week? I'm guessing he's predicting that they'll win the Super Bowl now?
