How many times will the Ravens sack Rothlessburger? ( or how ever you spell his name)


I am gonna say nine sacks.

I would say anywhere above 7. Seeing how the eagles did it I cant imagine our team not getting to him. Especially since our team is a blitzing one on defense.

I don't know how long Big Ben is gonna hold up if he keeps taking all these shots. But I think at least one sack on him. Since the Eagles tallied 8 I'd like to think we can do the same.( jeez thats alot of sacks).

Thought they had 9? Either way, our defense is better, more aggressive, etc. They are either gonna blow us out or they are gonna get hurt.

I'm gonna say 6 and thats conservative but could be as many as ohhh 11 and lol at the guy who said he thinks both teams will be in double digit sacks our OL just won't give up that many sacks and Joe is a smart QB he won't hold the ball that long if he feels pressure. Aside from Mr. Puffy Hair the secondary is vulnerable so I'm not too worried.

Some of these Steeler fans are terrified to the point where they are saying don't put Ben in against that defense start Leftwich instead I just hope he gets out alive that warms my Raven heart. I love hearing things like that.

Beat me to it. Remember a few years ago where the defense literraly took turns sacking him. I think it's going to be similar to that before he's pulled and Byron comes in and takes his lumps...

We do look more like the 2006 team, so I'm going with 12 or 13. The first game we had against PITT in 2006, we almost had 13 sacks, but 2 were called back. It will be much lower on Ben if Bart Scott gets free earlier and sacks him for the 2nd or 3rd time of the game, then we will only get 2 or 3 on Ben before he's flown to Shock Trauma. But then we will get 13 or more on Batch, Leftwich, Dixon or whoever it really doesn't matter cuz they're going down!

It's gonna be a long Monday Night game for Pittsburgh, but a short one for "Benny-Trauma"!

Ben was sacked 8 times and was out of the game at one point and his backup got sacked once.

So that's 8 sacks for Ben but 9 for the steelers.

I'll pick 7 for the ravens D. Flacco will only get sacked once.
