PFT is reporting that:
Starting tackle Willie Colon has a torn triceps, according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Colon’s agent Joe Linta says Colon is “likely” headed to injured reserve. Colon missed all of last season with a torn Achilles.
I think the Vikings released someone... oh, nevermind.

That is epic for the Steelers. No Colon, major, major trouble.

Well Max Starks is still out there I believe. Maybe a rekindling is necessary Flozell is old and ineffective.

They are used to having an offensive line that leaves much to be desired. I'm not sure this will have that much of an impact. They managed to survive last season without Colon.

I dunno... Big Ben has been getting whacked the past few years, and it started again yesterday. How much more can a guy really take? Even someone as tough as Ben?

It's funny you mention that. I was just watching the highlight from Haloti's forced fumble and recovery and Pouncey was literrally trying to pull Cody back by his jersey. Now maybe the whistle had already blown or something, but it was still quite amusing.

Anyway, FF may have point. Ben does get sacked alot. Eventually it has to catch up with him.

Pouncey was getting owned by Cody back in college too.

Off topic: Anyone find it weird seeing how slender Cody and Ngata are? it used to be easier to spot their thick bodies in the trenches.

Yeah, it's so much harder to spot them now that they're down in that svelt 335-350lb range.
