Next Up: @ Tennessee Titans

My one concern is that we may not be ready mentally to play this game after blowing out Pit. My concern is that we may overlook the Titans. I believe, however, that even if we do start out in a hole, we finally have the firepower to comeback and win.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think were going to overlook them and I think we'll handle them pretty easily, but the above is possible.

We need to stop Chris Johnson early and get a lead on them similar to the Jags so that they abandon the run game altogether eliminating the chance of big run....
Although i feel that CJ is bound to suffer a hamstring injury having missed the preseason games as well.

Brit isn't that big of a deal his stats were deceiving because of that 80 yd td.. Before that play the Jags were on verge of blanking the Titans

let's not take the Titans for push-overs. sure, they lost one but they will come out swinging! we are NOT the steelers to be soooo arrogant to think that we are just gonna roll over every team we play....although i would definitely welcome that. LOL! i don't want our team to sleep on the Titans.

I doubt the team will underestimate the Titans, although many of us fans will. On offense, they have lots of speed with Nate Washington at WR and Jared Cook at TE not to mention CJ2k. They can explode for a big play at anytime and I think Britt has the potential to be one of the top ten wideouts in the NFL. They have a better offensive line than the Steelers so a lot of those blitzes won't work like last week. If Hasselbeck can gel with the team, they can be dangerous.

On defense, they have a lot of unproven guys on the DL, but the Titans always find a way to maximize their DL potential. They have really good LBs and DBs who are among the best in the league, so we may be better off running the ball vs passing.

I agree with you. I was poking fun at the fact that we will suddenly start seeing "Ravens fans" - in quotes - all over the place when there was none to be found a few months ago. I found it humorous that a bunch of Colts fans (my three buddies) are suddenly interested in going to a Ravens game and racing out to buy Reed/Lewis/Rice jerseys and its only week 2.

Thank you for your service. Be alert and make it back safe. God bless America and keep our armed services safe!

Ohhhh hGot it, more of a peyton manning fans than colts fan eh ? And thanks, will do.

I don't think the Ravens take any team lightly. Especially the way they were talking after the game Sunday, it was like they had already moved on. Our group of personnel is very focused.

42-6

Ravens 2-0

I looked at Sunday's schedule on Fios. The Ravens game isn't going to be shown in my area.

I guess I'll just have to watch Heap.

I certainly do not condone it, but there are ways :)

It's not arrogant or cocky, but it's confident. We will win this game...

But don't expect we will roll on any team on given Sunday easily. I like us to win without injury than arrogant going in expecting an easy win....

We must be prepared against any team.....don't be like the Steelers...

28-10.....

In addition there are legal ways, like going out to a sports bar.

26-17 ravens.

I expect this game to be a lot closer than the Steelers game just because it's so hard to physically dominate teams week after week in this league and games are almost always close no matter who plays.

Johnson doesnt have his favorite fullback in front of him for a few more games, and once our Dline takes him out of the game, our LB's and DB's will own matt hasselbeck. Easy win, look for rice to run all over them. 100 yards easily.

The Ravens always come out to play against bad teams. It is because of our strong leadership from the teams and coaches. I always worry about every game, but we matchup very well against the Titans. Should be a no problem game. The only matchup I worry about is Kenny Britt vs our corners. We still struggle some against top talent receivers.

I don't like to predict scores, but if we play our game how I know we can play it, we shouldn't have a problem. Contain CJ2K and it'll be a good day.

I think Harbaugh has this team focused, so I'm not particularly worried about a trap game. It would be hard to envision CJ being neutralized 2 games in a row. I wonder if he's just out of football shape or he lost motivation with his big paycheck?
