Ahahaha. I love your avatar. Tomlin sure does have some hilarious faces, he probably learned them from his co-star Hugh Laurie. If we play every week like we did against Pitt., I would cry tears of joy. I know that's not going to happen, but one can dream. In truth, I haven't really paid any attention to Tenn., because I was too worried about Pitt., so does anyone have any idea what Tenn. can do?

The last time the Ravens lost to a mediocre QB was Tenn. Titans with Kerry Collins at the helm. Aided by the Phantom Penalty on Suggs. We got them back in the playoffs, by knocking them out. I don't see Matt Hasselbeck being able to beat the Ravens....

The Jags really destroyed them besides what the score shows.

Tried to put in the box score but it's hard to do . the numbers get jumbled.

Basically, JAX had double the TOP, almost double the amount of plays, almost double the amout of first downs,

I don't think Tennessee is going to be an issue.

Despite coming off an enormous win, the Ravens are going to be focused, and we'll go in and get the win. I believe were still undefeated against teams with losing records in the Harbaugh/Flacco era.

CJ is going to get shut down, and he's pretty much the entire team.

Play like we did vs Pitt and we shouldnt have a problem me thinks
Me thinks, too. Coach Harbs and Ray Rice have repeated what I think has become the Ravens mantra this year..."Finish..." I have no doubt that our guys will put Sunday behind them and spend the week getting dialed in for Tennessee. This team is serious this year and, after yesterday, I think everyone in the NFL knows it.

Yea Ray (Lewis) and Ray (Rice) and Harbs all kept saying that this was a new team, the 2011 Ravens and that they're gonna enjoy this and by today would be focused on Tenn. because this was just one game and they want to play this well every game. I know they kind of have to say that, but it feels good to hear it and feel as if they truly mean that.

I'm beginning to see similarities between this game and the KC playoff game in January. If we can deal with CJ like the Jags did and make sure Britt doesn't hurt us then that's their offense pretty much nullified. Also, if the O-line plays as well as it did yesterday then I think we'll easily score enough on them to win.

Just gotta neutralize CJ and we'll be fine. Keeping up the pressure on Hasselbeck is also a must.

Hasslebeck will fold, fast!!!

No doubt about this! CJ2Payme has given us problems in the past, will be a great match up.

I'm not too worried about the Titans. Sure they have CJ. But he is still coming back into game form plus the Titans are without FB Ahmad Hall, who is a big loss for CJ (suspended 4 games for performance enhancing).

We should be able to contain him in this game with the way the cards are lined up. Then we just need to get to Hassleback early and get inside his head with a hard hit.

Am I the only one who feels CJ is overrated? He had an excellent rookie season, but I feel like his only talent is running really fast. He's not very elusive and he can't really break tackles. I don't like his running style compared to some of the league's other top backs like Peterson, MoJo, or our own Rice. He also looks fragile to me, like once he starts taking a few hits he gets worse.

He is a very talented guy. What makes him so talented is not that he is a fast runner but he is quick in making cuts and finding the hole. That's what makes him elusive. You think you can get to him and he'll cut and be gone. Once he finds the open space your in trouble.

He is a different breed of back from AP, Rice or Mojo. He is in a group of a guys like Charles and Best. The thing that makes Johnson also very good is he can run between the tackles. A lot of times guys w/ his style are regulated to the outside (CJ Spiller or Bush).

Like I said earlier. He still has a underrated FB blocking a ton for him. Ahmad Hall. Ask CJ and he's the best FB in the league. It's a big loss for Charles for the first 4 games.

Great win yesterday but it is behind them and they need to concentrate on the Titans...i know they will be ready. I hope the temps are not a factor in Nashville, the humidity can be brutal.Just hope there will not be a let down after an awsome win.

cover britt and stop chris johnson just keep him from making runs and catches outside the tackles and we should be good. Our offense could keep up even by some random chance tenn does put some points up.

Even though I anticipate the D putting a lot of pressure on Hasselbeck, Kenny Britt is still a dangerous WR. I'm confident the CBs will be up to the challenge though.

I'm really confident about coming into Tennessee because as mentioned before, the 2011 ravens dont just say they need to finish, they actually put it into practice. Lewis realized his time is nearly up and he is not going to let this defense fold. We have a guy in Jimmy smith who, if he plays can lock down brit. If he doesnt play we have a guy in cary williams who put his money where his mouth with and came out in the season opener against the steelers and played very very well. Also hassleback is not a big, strong, mobile, cant bring down quarterback like Ben. I dont see hassleback being able to extend the play as long as Ben can so against the steelers i dont see hassleback buying 6 seconds of time and hitting a wide receiver in the back of the endzone for a touchdown. Our offense shined and evans had 0 catches, yet you could tell how much focus they put on him. Evans was the reason Boldin got in single coverage on his touchdown catch, and we already know flacco makes those throws.

My former roommate who is a lifelong Titans fans thinks there's no way the Ravens don't win this. He's even picking the Ravens as his suicide football pick this week. The Titans are disorganized and a work in progess. We are too, but clearly we're progressing faster after seeing this first week. I don't want to get ahead of myself and say I'm not worried about this game, but... I'm not worried about this game.

I am a Baltimore transplant out here in Tennessee. About 20 minutes northeast of downtown Nashville. I can tell you these guys are worried about us coming in after this last game. If we play in the box more, CJ cant get started and I highly doubt Hasselback can handle the pressure. the O-line is going to have trouble with players flying at them from everywhere. Hasselback does nto move well and if he is sitting in the pocket, it will be a long day for that guy. He may wish he stayed back in Seattle. As for the Titan O, Britt is the biggest weapon and I'll take any of our corners with a safety shade to stop the guy. Will be at the game going crazy. I can tell you these guys do not like us any more than the Steelers. The last two times they had legitimate shots at a Super Bowl we came into their house and pulled out the rug from under them. The hatred is there because of that, but they simply do not have the talent to beat us.

Definitely a trap game. Tennessee always plays tough, and if we overlook them, we'll lose. This is not a gimme win by any stretch; no game is to be honest.

CJ must be shut down. He's a threat to take it all the way every play. Then we can pressure Hasselback into making mistakes. We need to watch Britt also.
