His athleticism and speed is unbelievable considering hes a mammoth of a man.

Losing that weight in the off-season really did help his agility and quickness. While he looks like a water buffalo in his upper body he has the feet of a gazelle. His versatility really confuses the opposing offenses cause you don't know what he'll do (how did he go unblocked when he laid the wood on Mendenhall?) and the other guys around him can take advantage of it.
