Schefter reporting they've agreed to terms on 4 year extension

Adam Schefter Filed to ESPN: Steelers and Troy Polamalu agreed to a new four-year deal. Ties safety to franchise through 2014.

I doubt it... I'm 99% sure that Flacco said after the game that he "took a chance" on the strip sack play and told Oher to block Harrison rather than Polamalu. Plus it's not exactly something that the coaches failed with is it? It doesn't take a genius to realize that when he's lined up at the LOS, you need to have someone assigned to block him.

I like the idea of Flacco having more call on the offense now. I think it is a great step for him.

Reed's decline is that he didn't take those 2 picks to the house. He might have taken one if JJ didn't tackle him.
