Some Injury Help

2 posts in this topic

First off, WOO! Really excited for another year of fantasy football. A few of you guys on here, like PuRock and Ed_Reed20 to name a few, really helped me last year, and i finished in 2nd (thanks to all the guys that helped me!). Which IMO isnt bad for only my 2nd year.

And now on to my question. My league this year lost a few people, and i dropped a few of the other people cause they were inactive most of, if not ALL of the season last year, which was annoying. So it may sound stupid, but i only did a four team league this year, and the other 3 people I know for a fact will get on and make it fun/competitive. So my team is as follows:

QB: Mike Vick, Peyton Manning, and Kevin Kolb
RB: Arian Foster, Jamaal Charles, Peyton Hillis, Ryan Grant
WR: Roddy White, Calvin Johnson, Miles Austin, Mike Wallace
TE: Jermichael Finley
K: Matt Bryant
DEF: NY Jets

As you can see, i have a lot of good players. But so do the other guys. My question for this week is, what do you think i should do with Arian Foster? Should i sit him for one of the others? Im starting Peyton Hillis at my W/R position, should i switch him for Foster and start Miles Austin?

You should wait til an hour before gameday on sunday to do the switch if need be. Foster will probably blow up again if he play's against Indy. IMO Dez Bryant will out-do Miles Austin, maybe even starting sunday, so i would start Roddy/Johnson/Wallace, then Jamaal Charles/Peyton Hillis. Some would clamor about Hillis, but its the beginning of the season and he's fresh and healthy and their playing Cincy..i think he will do good.
