2011 Parking - Penn Station

I can't seem to find any up-to-date information on this, so I figured I'd ask.

In couple years back, I know the University of Maryland Medical Center would allow public parking in it's garage on Pratt/Penn street.

Does anyone know if they are still doing that this year? If so, do you know when they open up their garage?

Their site simply says.... the garage is closed on weekends.

Any help is appreciated.

No idea--did some poking around and found nothing, With the 9/11 dedication at 3pm all parking is going to be premium this weekend
