We could have had Cobb, instead we have Torrey. Man, looks like another quality receiver and fantastic depth for the Pack.

Well to be fair, Cobb only has 2 catches so far. And we wouldn't need him at KR with Reed already there.

I hate this game....... too many points and so little defense, hell I'm trying to figure out why we still draft Defenses in FF. Though seeing a game like this makes me appreciate the Ravens/Steelers Rivalry even more than I already do.

Aaron Rodgers and that offense are clicking to perfection....they can win another SB or two with that team...

I wish our offense would come to life like theirs against the Steelers...puhhlease!!! with a cherry on top

Is the pack gonna score over 50???
Over 11 mins left, I don't see why they can't score 60 at this rate.

Torrey hasnt even played yet, Cobb made a nice play on the TD, good for him...some guys progress at a faster rate than others, if Torrey still isnt making plays by next year then we're in trouble...man it used to be WRs coming into the league it took them at least 2 years to adapt and be able to play at a high level, now some guys can come in and do it immediately and everyone forgets how hard it is and wants every guy to be dominating so early in their careers

That was a <bogus> call, Bush's knee was down at the 1 or 2, and he even had full possession at the time his knee was down. That such a <bogus> call on a touchback.

2nd bad call of the night, it seemed the Refs were really trying to help the Saints. AJ Hawk never once touched Sproles or whoever the receiver was, he JUMPED over the dude to swat the ball down, and it should have never been called Pass Interference.

The Sunday Night Opener is in the books.

Packers 42
Saints 34

packers need to tighten up that defense...they gave up 477 yards. Good thing their offense is as good as it is

thankfully neither of our teams have to play either of them this year (unless its in the super bowl)

I was thinking the same thing. Brees got you to the one and you go away from him? Its not a bad play call because throwing the ball from the one yard line is difficult, but I don't think it was the right play call.

FWIW - Pete Prisco (CBS) tweeted, right after the game:

"Teams that can throw like these two will be in the mix. Those that can't will be left behind. Hear that, Jets and Ravens?"

Prisco is such an idiot, it never amazes me. He also has the Raiders and Dolphins making the wildcard and the Jets and Ravens missing the playoffs, who do they have tossing the football again? He's just a.. troll. A straight up troll.

I can't believe they ran it at the end. The Packers d-line had dominated all game. Put the game in the hands of your best player, Brees.
thats what im saying, let Brees throw it, thats a high pressure situation and its all on the Packers to close out the game and hold them out of the endzone, call a pass or play action something....bad bad call
