You seem to have a lot of the same players on both teams, which isn't necessarily a good thing. If one of them gets hurt or doesn't perform both your teams are gonna suffer.

You also have few players who are really elite at their position. I would have taken a top QB or WR in the first round instead of a risky RB. McFadden has a lot of upside, but he's also an injury risk -- and you have him on both teams. I'm also not a fan of Beanie Wells. Arizona isn't a great running team. Poor Oline and Beanie has been terribly inconsistent.

Sorry if I sound like I'm bashing your team, but just wanted to give you my honest opinion. Your teams have potential, but a lot is riding on Run DMC.

Yeah, stupid draft gave me the same position (7th), where I lose out on the top 5 RBs (Foster, AP, CJ2k, Ray, Jamal). I wanted to draft differently, but I guess that it's hard to go another route, when you put so much thought into your first draft.

My backfield has a lot of potential firepower with big play McFadden, who can easily bring in 30 points if he feels like it. Beanie is going to be a workhorse, which is rare these days with the RB by committee. Felix Jones is my breakout candidate, now that he has been given the keys. I read that both Beanie and Felix were having their best TC ever and have been anointed as the feature backs of their team. I guess I put too much emphasis on Preseason for the players to have a strong season. I believe that the way you practice is going to be the way you play and I am impressed with the reports of my RBs.

I guess my money league is going to be carried by these three RBs: McFadden, Jones, and Wells.

Potential is there, but also failure. I guess this year is all in or all out.

With 10 and 12 team leagues, it shouldnt have been hard to pick an all star squad. You could have gotten Andre Johnson/Lesean McCoy/Vick/Rodgers in the first and drafted around them, but in both leagues your WR's dont seem to be a problem at all, just your TE/PK/DEF. Kickers you could drop and add weekly, There are ALOT of sleeper TE's out there ie. Jared Cook/Pettigrew etc. Defense has sleepers as well and is alot harder to claim off waiver wires, but some sleepers are Houston/Detroit/Arizona.
