QB: Joe Flacco and Matt Cassel
RB: Ray Rice, BenJarvus Green-Ellis, Jonathan Stewart and Pierre Thomas
WR: Greg Jennings, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Marques Colston and Robert Meachem.
TE: Jimmy Graham and Jermichael Finley
K: Mason Crosby
Defense: Baltimore Ravens

I was thinking about dropping Meachem and picking up Titus Young, but I figured Brees's accuracy should justify keeping him. I really wanted Q and Lee Evans, but I decided to take Jennings first instead. I was really crushed when Evans went off the board. But this is my first time.

It's probably a good thing that Q and Evans went off the board before you picked. You don't want to load up with guys all from one team. If you had the Ravens QB, WR, RB and DST your probably going to lose in your league. We all think they are great and will be great, but you have to delineate the Ravens from FF.

Is this a 12 team league?

Your strongest position is TE. If need be you could always pawn one of these guys off in a trade.

1st round you probably drafted Rice, second Jennings. But your 3rd I have no idea which means it was a reach whoever you took. Your WR core is real thin.

Don't pick up Titus Young. He should be on the waiver wire on all leagues. If you want another Detroit Lion check out Burleson. But Meacheam is still the best option.

Okay thanks PuRock. And it started out as 12, but we dropped two guys. I wanna say I got Green Ellis in the 3rd. And yeah I didn't want Evans AND Boldin. I just wanted one or the other. Another good reason it's good to not have a bunch from the same team is the bye week. It was definitely fun. It was my cousin, his friends and like two of his friends' dads. I was surprised the Ravens D was still there. One guy picked a Defense and then 2 or 3 others followed in his footsteps so I was like "I need to get the Ravens before they go off the board" I really liked the feeling of it. And we got lucky. My cousin's girlfriend and her friends got like 5 pizzas. Just a good environment.

Edit: Man this figures. Cassel might be out against Buffalo due to a cracked rib.

That's what this is all about. Having a good time. I always look forward to getting together with the members of my big league and drafting.

Just make sure to keep active in your league, If you have a chance to make your team better during the year, do it. Always look for opportunities to better your team.

Since this is your first year, you'll probably learn a ton about how to play this game better for next year. Have fun.

Ugh! Just lost to my cousin. I think because he had Welker. I don't like Woodhead. He's in too much instead of Green-Ellis lol. But it was close. I only lost by about 3 points. I started Flacco, Rice and our Defense so that helped just a bit.

If i were you, i would see who's on the waiver wire to pick up for Colston. Idk how long hes gonna be out with a broken collerbone, so theres no point in wasting a spot on him. Just my opinion.

I got my first win today. Last week I got blown out, but this week I came out swinging and won 147-78 Ravens D, Ray Rice and Flacco helped quite a bit. I wish I'd dropped Cassel after week 1. Now I'm stuck with him and will get creamed week 5.
