Great story, UDFA hometown boy makes his home team. This kid has lots of heart. I'm sure he will start as a special teamer, but I'm sure pulling for him to be something special.

I love it! Great story, the kid might end up being special! I'm calling it now, he will have atleast 1 special teams TD!

He had a sick return avg. in pre season, so I don't see why that couldn't carry over into the regular season and I see him putting up some sick numbers all season long. Given he stays healthy that is, I don't see why he wouldn't be our number one return guy. Had a few rookie mistakes, last one that sticks out was the wave off, when he should of fair caught the punt. No biggie though, minor detail and that's why it's pre season. Good luck Laquan, and welcome to the NFL!

Amazing. The guy was always a threat returning kicks at UMD but I never thought he had a snowballs chance in the NFL. Just goes to show how important UDFA's can be.

Also did I read Gooden didn't make the cut? Wow..

Wow, what a story. Williams is the kid next door. Poly and UMD. I feel the pride and you can never have too much pride in this world.
