Espn +/- Stat

So this is my first year doing fantasy and I can't find anything about this online. What is the +/- stat in the ESPN lineup? I'm looking at my TE's; [i]Greg Olsen[/i] (-1.5) and [i]Rob Gronkowski[/i] (+1.4). What does this stat mean / who would be the better choice to play in Week 1?

It's a standard league by the way.

That is change in ownership percentage. So a +1.4 means that more teams are owning this player over the previous week. A negative number means less teams are owning this player.

Has nothing to do with who ESPN thinks is the better play.
