Is Willie Anderson Going To Start At Rt?

I know hes 33, only been here a few weeks and coming off a year on IR all but Im pretty sure 80% Anderson > 100% Terry.

I havent seen many updates about how he is doing at practice though I have heard that Harbaugh might only play him if Terry struggles.

I don't know if he starts, but he will likely see his fare share of snaps. He is definitely a staple RT and if nothing else, I think he expands our options at playcalling. It gives us the option of creating a stacked line for short yardage runs and goal line attempts. I mean bringing him in at RT in those situations and bumping Terry out to a TE position should make it easy to get that first down or TD. Frankly, if Heap keeps dropping ball like he has (I hope he doesn't) It could become a regular part of the offense.

ON NFL total Access, Jamie Dukes was giving all this praise to Willie Anderson about how good he was and how dumb the Bengals were to release him......

Guess that means he's worthy of getting a little playing time.

I'm not the biggest Adam Terry fan in the world but all off-season we wanted the starting offensive line to play together so that they would be able to "click". I don't know if he's gonna start TODAY but obviously over the next few games at some point he will become the starting RT.

Yeah, Willie is going to rotate in with Terry, and once we realize that Anderson is a monster, he will supplant Terry as the starter...

Jamie Dukes is the absolute worst.

I remember there were analysts who said Willie's replacement Stacey Andrews was going to have a breaskout probowl season. Last I remember he tried to block down on Ngata and ended up eating some dirt.

1 sack allowed, in two games. As much as we deserve to be called elite I like being under the radar.

There were a couple plays they moved Terry to the left and made him an eligible receiver like a TE and had Willie on the right.
