I think even if Hardy plays lights out, he's not making the team. There's just no way. When you're the #6 receiver, you're most likely fighting for a spot on special teams, and he doesn't outperform anybody there. Coaches will probably tell him to play well against the Falcons so he can use this to build his resume.

It's a damn shame, but it is what it is.

I'm sure the coaches wish he'd stay healthy just as much as us, he sure would be a big target and probably a TD machine once we get inside the 20. But since he's been injured all of camp and lost so much ground the chances they give him a shot and cut another healthier player are pretty slim.

I remember Hardy in Buffalo, he didn't make an impact and then they cut him after that science projecct didn't pan out. If Buffalo cuts people, then we probably should too. Just sayin....

Hardy is a goner for sure, it doesnt matter what he does in this last preseason game, he could put up 200 yards and score 3 TDs and be on IR by week 1

I was one of the main guys who were on the Hardy bandwagon and to be honest I still am. I wanna see the guy do well. However I've always said that big IF (injuries) would be his biggest issue. I still have no doubts that if Hardy could have remained healthy he would have showcased the size, speed and talent that would have gotten everyone from Players, Coaches to Fans excited about him.

Like I said, during the offseason, I was one of the main guys saying Hardy would be a asset to this team(take it easy with those Tomatoes Fly). However just being real and smart about the situation, the only way Hardy can make this team is if the Ravens keep 7 WRs and I don't see that happening.

As much as I supported Hardy in the offseason, I just can't see a way that he makes the team over LaQuan Williams who has played extremely well this season.

Now the optimistic fan/person in me says, well the Ravens might just keep Flacco/Taylor at QB, and only carry 3 RBs in Rice, Williams and Allen, that would allow them to sneak in an extra WR. But again, I just don't see it.

I think the best case scenario for Hardy is for the Ravens to place him on IR and hope he can push for next season. However come Saturday there is a strong possibility that Hardy's time with the Ravens and in the NFL will come to an end.

That makes me doubtful that he will make the team. Unless of course, the Ravens can't reach an injury settlement.

I don't think there is anything James Hardy could do at this point to make the team. He has been injury prone his entire career and has proven the same for the Ravens.
