Avatar Won't Post

What's the deal?
I've changed it to this picture several days ago as well as numerous times. But it insists on not changing.

It's the same with me. I try to post a new avatar but the old one shows up.
Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

We put in a request with Invision support.

In geek speek its CDN caching issue. Nothing we can do its a developers problem.
