Great Interview With Ricky Williams

8 posts in this topic

He really does give a great interview. I liked how he responded to the usual question about Flacco.

People can say what they want about Ricky. But this guys has his stuff together. He seems VERY intelligent, grounded, and frankly just a all around good guy. I also agree with Bmore. I really like this pick up. I think he can do big things for this team.

He reminds me of Donte Stallworth. Guys that get a bad wrap but, really, are extremely thoughtful, intelligent people - they've just been generalized.

I never thought smoking weed was a character issue anyway. Poor guy smoked to relieve social anxiety, I've always liked him after his 30 for 30.

Exactly ! And usually by people who have never listened to the man. Sure he may seem a little out there. But he is a very deep person and is very in tune with who he is and the world around him. He seems very mature and is still trying to grow as a person. That can never be a bad thing.

That was an awesome 30 for 30. Really makes you wonder about the biological makeup of a person, and what makes someone like Ricky Williams the person that he is. I love the line in the 30 for 30 where it is something like "either Ricky is crazy or we all are". And this interview was very intellectual.
