Cant Start A New Thread?

Trying to start a new thread on the Ravens fans outside of Maryland and it is saying I am unable to post on that section? Any idea why? Grew up in Baltimore but currently reside in Tennessee. Trying to find other Raven fans here. I can tell you guys that we are seriously not liked over here by Titans fans. The last two real shots they had at a Super Bowl was snatched from them by us at their stadium. Right there both times and it was awesome.

In order for newer users to become acclimated with the discussions in the Ravens forums, as well as to prevent spammers and advertisers from polluting the discussion forums, New Members must have a minimum of [color=#ff0000][b]15[/b][/color] posts or comments before they are able to begin a new topic in most forums. (New Members are able to start topic threads in the Questions, Help, Feedback and Test forums.) Similarly, you must have 15 posts before being able to create a poll question in a thread.

My bad. It use to be 25, I think. 15 it is!
