Indexing Sub-Directories With Google

Google search "www.weather.com" and see how all of the sub-directories show up as a list under the main URL (www.weather.com). I have sent a ticket in to Google, but figured I'd ask the fellow IT guys here if they know how to get a page (multiple) indexed together in this format?
