Drunken Idiots At M&T Bank Stadium

40 posts in this topic

Just for the record, there are drunken idiots at EVERY stadium. In fact, M&T Bank is one the most calm stadiums ive ever seen, with the exception of during Ravens - Steelers games.

Were there any of those idiots at last night's game???

Yes. My 9 y.o. son and I had to walk through puke to get into the stadium and afterwords there were a bunch of jerks outside the stadium yelling profanities at a group of people. Man, I'm so sick of people like this. As I get older, it gets much more annoying.

I commented how I can go to a concert with 50K strong and never see one loudmouth.
Even at the Balt Grand Prix- 100K strong of which 75% had to be drinking...not one <jerk>!

Actually I have heard the opposite. I have heard from visiting fans that our fans are about as rude as Philly's, Oakland's, Cleveland's.
I used to think this was a cool thing...intimidation. But now that i have started taking my son to games, it gets a bit annoying.

He should be banned for wasted a nice, frothy delicious beer.

Don't forgot the women in the background screaming "STOP IT!!!!! STOP IT!!!!!!". That does just about nothing besides make a scene for people to say "Wow! Those Ravens fans, they're all scumbags!!!"

If that guy who got knocked out by technically two punches was that out of it, than that's pathetic. Unless if he was that drunk and out of it, there's no excuse to be on the ground acting like the guy is going to go away. The guy wasn't even bleeding.

Most of the time, concussions are not due to blood loss? How many football players get concussions but you don't see an ounce of blood.

The way the guy was punching it's easy to see how he knocked out the Ravens fan. You throw roundhouses and you catch one in the temple even if it isn't a vicious shot, it's lights out.

A jab to the nose will look much more drastic and cause your blood to shoot like a fountain but in actuality its not that bad.

I can relate. When I wear my Ravens stuff here in Gainesville, people look at me and ask "why?" They look at me like im automatically a jerk, and they are always so quick to bring up the Lewis murder trial ordeal. As though that happening affects my personality.

I'm just saying that unless the guy hit him in the soft sport(left or right above his eyes you know where it is) then I don't think he should have been that out of it. What I meant was it's not like his head opened up and he had a deep whole open. I banged my head on the floor(the back of my head) when I passed out for a second and I was fine.
