Joe Flacco Going To Be On Scott Van Pelt Show

Just announced on the SVP show that Joe Flacco will be on at some point, not in person of course, an interview over the phone.

Going to talk about the offseason hate thrown his way, his new WRs, etc

i'm interested in what Joe has to say, I hope they let him talk and dont try to turn his words or twist them in some way like the media usually does and makes some big story with Jamie Dukes hating all over again

I think too much has been made of Joe Flacco against the Steelers to begin with, he plays great most of the time, they have a tough defense, we will beat them, we had them beat all 3 games but came up short

Says Ed and Pitta are good TEs and can make the adjustments, and he likes Lee Evans a lot.

Says Ricky Williams has plenty left in tank, says he looks good, looks smooth in camp, knows the offense from before

Joe doesn't get enough help against the Steelers. Minimal run game, poor pass blocking, receivers don't get open, and when they do they drop it.

I wish Joe woulda said something like "Im still haunted by that steelers game and it makes me more determined to beat them and shut them up week 1, and Woodley is overrated Idk why hes talking, Harrison,Farrior, and Timmons make him nice so he should shut his damn mouth, I'll be more ready week 1 against the steelers then I ever been before. i agree, missing blocking assignments is what hurt us in the regular season against them late in the season, Troy shouldnt be coming free on a blitz

I wouldnt want Joe to be haunted by a loss? I think he is motivated to beat them and shut ppl up but I wouldnt want out QB to be shook, or be stuck on that one game, he has to move on..sorry didnt read all the way thru, it would be funny if he said something outrageous to get the media to go nuts but i like him level headed, cool, calm, and collected
