Current Cap Space For All 32 Teams

14 posts in this topic

Two things stuck out to me.

1) Restructuring really helped the Steelers for them to have nearly $2 million more in cap space than us.

2) All those top 5 draft picks over the last five or six years have really hurt the Rams and Lions. Despite struggling for so long they are both right up on the cap.

Our cap situation could improve with a Ngata deal but it doesnt sound good...

"DanKolko Dan Kolko
I've heard the two sides are still pretty far apart RT @RavensCapsGator: @DanKolko has there been anything in the Ngata talks?"

I hope his agent doesn't screw him and the rest of the organization up. Every1 in the league knows we must lock Ngata down for long term and sign him ASAP for increased cap space, but it is bad for us when his agent has the upper hand.

Money is never enough for most of us I guess.....

We don't REALLY need a whole lot more. just some depth, but as far as starters I think we're good to go.

Not at Right Tackle...we Need a starter there.

When we get Ngata's deal sorted then we'll have more than enough room to make any acquisitions that we may need. RT and Center are the two positions that we need to fill. Stinchcomb would be a great pickup to start at RT whilst Reid learns and develops and I think the organization is still interested in bringing Rabach in (when he's capable of passing a physical) to be a backup C/G.

I'm ok with cousins at guard and yanda at tackle until Jah can start and yanda can slide in. I feel great about this team.

Looks like we have enough cap room to sign Jon Stinchcomb!

There will be a battle for him and someone will overpay. We know that it will not be Ozzie. I hope we make a strong move towards him, but don't count on it.

Bisciotti did say last night that they are looking at adding a veteran offensive lineman. We'll just have to wait and see who. I'm hoping Rabach isn't the best they can come up with.
