Osgood Schlatters

well, i have had this medical condition called osgood schlatters for a while, and i was resting it and all that, but ITS NOT HEALING!!!

anybody with past experience with this could possibly help me out?

i dont have it, but i was researching it and here's what i came up with.....

it normally occurs in children to young Adults, especially those young adults whom are involved/active in Various Sports activities. AS for treatment for this type of thing, all i could find is that your NEED to rest, lay off it for a couple of days and apply Ice to it as needed.


"Rest. This injury needs rest if it is to heal properly. Only do as much exercise as it will allow without causing pain. Weight bearing exercise will make it worse. Keep your sessions few and high quality rather than train every day....."
