Yes; all of the players involved with the action of bringing the QB to the ground, are credited statistically with half of a sack.

Mathematically, this can sometimes result in the defense having more individual sacks than the number of times the QB was actually sacked; that's why they keep the two numbers separate on stat sheets (total team defense sacks vs. # of times QB was sacked).
