Here is my guess. Harbs is pulling out all the lucky rabbit feet he can. Apparently we are 3-0 all-time wearing Black Jerseys with White pants. Our best winning % uniform combination.

Just can't fall behind early at all. We must take this game by the horn and lead it.

Wonder if we win the coin toss if we defer? Our 1st quarters recently have been horrible. Yet we can't afford to fall in a hole. What does John do this week?

I think we have to defer... don't want to start the game 3 and out and give San Francisco any momentum. Also, because of our slow starts, it's always good to get that first possession coming out of the half.
