Does anybody knoes if Lee Evans is in or out for the game?
Thanks!

Evans practiced during the week, but he's gonna be out for this game. Should be back by Cincy though!

Ballsohard University, here we go! Evans is doubtful, but nothing else major injury wise that will set us back. No excuses, let's make the "loudest stadium" quiet!

Finally made an account after having lurked for the last few weeks, a Ravens fan stuck in Seattle here. I'm pretty much stuck watching Seattle games every week (they have grown on me and I root for them as my 2nd team now). So having watched all of the Seattle games this year I have to say, as bad as they are they have played every game tough (minus the Steelers game). Here are my observations from watching Seattle all year.

Their offense is horrible, however as terrible as it is they do pull out some home run pass plays, in general though they are mostly all 3 and outs (last week was the first game I have seen them with any type of running game). To be fair they have the youngest starting offense in the NFL and their QB position is a nightmare.

Defense, this was somewhat of a shock to me this year, the Seahawk D is actually pretty good this year. They are tough to run on (last I saw they had the lowest yards allowed per run). The Seattle D is somewhat of a puzzle, they play some odd formations and they are big everywhere, the line, the secondary, etc, I can't recall seeing such a big secondary in a long time. They like to use their big players to jam and hold up wr's at the line, trying to negate out speedy WRs (which worked for them vs Fitz in the cards game). Again, a super young D as well as O, and they have two youngsters in the back I would love to have on the ravens. Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor.

This Kam kid hits hard, every play, just keep your eye on him throughout the game, guy is really impressive. (here is a video of him taking out a guy after a INT) - the kid is making plays like that every week, love that kid!

Special teams is totally hit or miss, seems like one week they are taking one to the house with great coverage all game and the next week they are allowing run backs and just terrible in coverage. I don't know what to make of their special teams, its either totally on or a train wreck.

The Ravens should win easily, but I don't expect a blow out, Seattle has been playing tough all year and you can tell its a super young team (they have had over 300 roster changes in the last two years, and I heard earlier today they have the youngest starting lineup in the NFL in 17 years), with a real QB and some more time under their belt I could see Seattle being a legit team in a year or two.

Ravens: 24
Seahawks: 17

No surprises there for me. I still get annoyed about Kindle and Doss being inactive most weeks

Why does everyone want Kindle to play? He is'nt elite, has no experience over the guys in front of him and the guys playin are playing just fine! The only question I have is why not let Doss build chemistry with the guy who wanted him in the draft??

Xian001 - Thanks for a good overview of the Seahawks, and giving us a couple of players to watch. Just about an hour now! Go Ravens! The Steelers - Bengals game is tied. What a strong division!

we need to start fast and play crisply and smoothly on both sides of the ball to get this win. i hope that our boys aren't sleeping on the seahawks because they are 2-6. that means nothing! they are playing at home, in front of their fans and to beat the Ravens would be a notch on their belt like it has been for the Jaguars. not today though!

GO RAVENS!!

I was going to go to this game but I had to work so I never bought tickets and at the last moment I got told to take the day off!!! So annoying cause I have never seen the Ravens live

I have seen a couple games at Seattle now and their stadium is really impressive (I have only been to games at Denver, Kansas City and Detroit), it really is crazy loud (read how the owner brought in architect's when they made the stadium to funnel all the crowd noise onto the field and hold it).

He was our first pick in last years draft and we've waited FOREVER to see him in regular season action. The pass rush isn't an issue without him but I still would like to see him.

Scared for this. I prefer when the Ravens play good teams. I don't want to say this is an upset special, but the recipe is there. Big win last week, away game, team with a losing record, and a team that plays 4-3 cover 2.

I don't know for the life of me why we can't beat that formation, but we can't. And until we prove that we can, I can't feel comfortable predicting a win here.

Seattle plays a weird 4-3, using the Leo position like 25% of the time, I can't really say if its good or bad, its just weird

Double standards?? These positions are totally different from one another. Our pass rushing is damn good compared to our young WR corp. You can use more Wideouts then you can pass rushers buddy! So Doss has a better chance to play then Kindle does. That's why I favor Doss!

Who watched the Cin-Pit game? Cincy was in it the whole way, save some inevitable mistakes from Dalton. Their D is solid, good corners and a very good pass rush

that graphic was backwards. It showed Flacco's head down for titans game and Reeds head down for Jax. Flip it around! our defense sucked against britt and our offense couldnt move the ball on jax.
