@1/28/01 i totally understand where your coming from i was really questioning flacco this year i never really did before this yr but there comes a point in time where you have to question the qb,whether he can be a leader and get you to the big dance. and i know some was camerons and the receivers fault but flacco was just playin so inconsistent this year and i just started losin it. but he played a hell of a game tonight lets just hope he continues to play well
[/quote]
Agreed.....consistency is what we're looking for and we DID just wrap up the rough part of our shedule (so they say). So, we'll see....

Maybe next time Collinsworth well wait to say "So the Ravens will go to 5-3"

Trying to write us off

It seemed that every time they made a judgement call, things went the other way. Keep hating, announcing crew!

yes flacco is playing elite for the past 2 weeks and if you want to know a cool stat. If you looked at flacco's gamelog graph for the first couple games until this week it was up down up down average down up and now up. For the first time this year flacco is showing some consistency, and i always say an elite qb is one who you can trust to go 90 yards and win a game and flacco did that last week and this week, i questioned it last week because the cardinals have a bad defense but theres no questioning it was an amazing comeback against the 3rd ranked D. Hopfully joe can keep it up against the seahawks nxt week and for the rest of the year

Does anyone have a link or something to where I can listen to Gerry Sandusky's call of the TD? I always love listening to his calls.

I don't know if they have it on the internet or anything but they will most likely play it tonight and tomorrow on 98 rock when they have random calls from the game. I can't wait to hear it too cause he makes some exciting calls especially when the Ravens win.

I'm glad we won, but there are still some issues. I mean we didn't manage the clock very well, especially when our D really needed a rest.

But this win was awesome! It was so nice to finally see us go into Heinz and show what our team can really do. Really glad all the squealer fans will finally stop talking about how bad they'll beat us in the "rematch at home" hahaha

Rough part of the schedule? Last 3 games were against Pitt which is a tough game but the other 2 only have a combined 3 wins before sundays games.

@SidRavens agreed, even the undefeated Gb packers have issues following wins. But we just have to stay hungry on offense. This was reAlly the first back to back consistently played offensive performances out of flacco all year. He has been either hot or cold until last week and now. Torrey had that hold that cost rice a 76yd td and he had some big dropped passes but erased all of that with the game winner, BUT he def needs to work on the catching. ANd obviously cam cameron is still at large i think we have all forgiven flacco for the somewhat bad performances he has played in some games this year like jacksonville and tennesse etc but cam still must be fired imo. he was running on long plays and ahould have put flacco in the shotgun way more often. But the ravens will improve every week. They always prove to come back after a big loss and win big so hopefully we will finish the year strong

Since this rivalry ended so early, I believe we are the first team this year to sweep a divisional opponent. The only other teams I can think of that played twice are the Bucs and Saints.

Believe he was talking about the whole start of the season not just the last 3 games.

Had fun out here in AZ with a ravens victory tonight...there were many steelers fans hanging around talking a lot as they went up by 4, "flacco cant do this flacco cant do that". When he threw the TD i just walked over to them and said "man you were right hes terrible" haha was a night filled with jack and good times!

The whole evening i was thinking about C. Carters and K. Johnson condescending tone when they just sad the Name "Flacco" during they picks... and now i am just smiling... for Flacco and for there trashtalking about Tebow (... no I don`t see Tebow as an NFL-Starter right now...but at least you have to give this young kids a chance and a little bit gametime so they can develop...i like him because he isn`t one of this showoffs)

Cincy has the division lead now? And I was going to root for them next week. :(

It must be their superior conference record, or something...

Its weird, actually....tie breaker reverts to division record, of which we have 2 wins and they have 1. Not sure why everywhere it listing them as #1. Either way, we should be rooting for a Cincy loss (ha, or tie) next week against Pitt. :D Feels gross saying it!

Yes it does feel really gross but we need to beat Seattle and hope for a Cincinnati loss. At Least when you don't put Pittsburg and win together (dang, I did it)......

Sorry all... I want Pittsburgh out of contention for the playoffs and want them to lose every game possible. We get Cincinnati at Home the following week where we do our best work... first things first: Seattle in a tough environment.

I agree that Pittsburgh needs to lose and fall out of the playoffs like they did in 2006. We will handle the Bengals and Browns twice to secure home field advantage.
