Week 8 - Baltimore Ravens Vs. Arizona Cardinals

I had one earphone in and out of my ear through most of the first half and thankfully missed the boos. Wondering if I should even watch the first half on my DVR. May just watch the comeback.

It is unrealistic to expect them to stop people from getting points when they are on the 2, or 30 really.

But either way my sincere apologies sir, I get pretty salty when somebody attempts to demean this defense when they are number 1 in the league when we have so many other opportunities for griping.

No problems. The defense has been our one area of consistency and consequently, are held to a higher standard.

Allowing the easy TD after the int was very "un Ravens". We thrive on the D holding them to a FG there.

Great game we still have alot to work on to become even better I really hope we will be well prepared for Pittsburgh. Because we can not afford to play like we did on Monday night and this pass first half against the Steelers. We need to play the Steelers like we did at the begining of the season and when we beat them I would consider us SUPER BOWL BOUND!!!!

Yup Playing with my new I-Phone at halftime lol The cell phone reception is amazing in the lower bowl this year

I was surprised as well. It worked quite well.

It was working so well that it allowed me to watch the Redzone Channel through my Directv App. And it was clear as day! Was loving it.

I was actually running it off of 4G for a good while. But the Directv App seemed to work just fine on 3G as well.

This is a huge difference from last year. Last year I could barely get the internet to check scores without waiting 5 minutes for a load.

First half half was appalling on all sides of the ball. Offense was lackluster, ST's gave up a TD and even though field position wasn't the best, defense was getting beat as well. Win is a win and I can take criticism as I just did, but for those still saying Flacco sucked with todays performance are just clueless!

I agree today was a good game for Flacco. He just needs to work on taking care of the football.

RBates? That you? Kidding.....Seriously though, his fumbles bother me, but it seems most (not all) are within 2-3 seconds of the snap and are coming from his blind side quite often. I am not absolving him of these fumbles by any means, its just we're making quite a collaborated effort to assist him in fumbling.

Some of it is pressure and some of it is Flacco. He needs to learn to secure the ball while in the pocket. Holding it in one hand around your waste while you shift around is how you do that. That fumble in the Cards game is at least the third time it has happened this year.

The int is on Torrey so Flacco is off the hook for that.

Right...which is exactly what I meant by "I am not absolving him of these fumbles by any means" and "a collaborated effort".

If anyone doesn't think this team can come back and win, you don't know the Ravens.

Oh i agree again. We have to get that fixed. All in all, not a bad game for Joe. I am quite impressed with how he beats those sub-par teams on a regular, not even some of the better QB's in the league are as consistent as Joe in that.
