Yes it is a cause for concern, now this is a good comment. Put the blame where its due on that play but I do agree Flacco's play is very concerning right now.

Other QBs fumble when they get hit 1 second after the snap from their blind side. If you watch other teams you know. The offensive problems start with the o-line, and any decent football analyst knows it. Flacco isn't good enough right now to carry a team without help.
