It was so obvious to kick it deep...finally the last aspect of the game as failed us. We are a complete failure....three clock stoppages our D would have done us justice.

As bad as the offense has been, I think Cundiff might have to go under the bus with them. That field goal attempt was awful and it wasn't an anomaly either then he didn't get the onside kick a mere ten yards. This has been almost the definition of a team loss except that the defense came to play.

A few things about the onside kick.

We seemed to get good push with our blockers.
If the Jags recover it, they become more predictable on a short field.

I'd say it was not a bad choice. We just got unlucky.
