So now will everyone start screaming for more pass plays?
We needed to go balance. Not wait until 3rd and long to throw. Not run every single down. We became one dimensional. It will kill you.

@rlh445 DAMN IT STEWART PLAYED HIS OFF FOR US! Sorry, but you cant put all the blame on the qbs of the past. Todd Heap and the run game was our only offense past Sharpe and til Mason. Everyone else who contributed do so at their liking and was never consistent. Never been to good at finding offensive playmakers who didn't play half back.

I'm not putting any blame on past QBs, I'm putting blame on people who don't realise just how horrible it was to be a fan of a team like that. There was never any stability with someone who you truly trusted. If you don't trust Joe, fine..but it seems really dumb considering what he has accomplished in a short time in this league with what he's had to work with.

The Jets are not in this game. They wont score, the most they can hope for is a FG..and not to turn it over AGAIN. I just hope Joe audibles to a couple of play actions and gets another score.

And that could happen
Not saying it couldn't, I was just bored and felt like doing the math. I'm a huge Joe supporter, and I understand exactly why his stats have been less than what I expect him to put up, but he's going to take another chunk of heat in the off-season unless he breaks the magic 60% number that is the standard for QB performance. Analysts don't look at youth at all positions on offense, dropped balls, etc, and I don't want to put up with another off-season of hearing Flacco sucks.

To be fair, this has been all about both defenses from the start. The difference is that the Jets D has looked softer than the Ravens D. Otherwise, with both QBs having played horribly tonight, I'm more apt to chalk this up to a bad day for Flacco than a trend.

Thankfully it's still Sanchez throwing for the other team.

I know right. We just gave him all the time in the world and he still couldn't complete one.

I bet Keller was thinking back to last season when he saw Ray lurking back there.

EDIT:

As soon as I type it Collinsworth brings it up. Wow.
