Alabama needs to recruit the top QB Prospect McCarran sucks!
Has this guy hit a throw all night? He lobs it up there and hopes his guy comes down with it, or so it seems, assuming the ball is close to his receiver at all.

It's game over now though. Can't believe 'Bama just pulled that crap in OT.

It's probably the kicker's fault though. He should have hit at least one of those field goals.

Yeah McCarron was disgusting. And whoever #89 is on Alabama, I hope he did in school because he couldn't bring that in? Really? But that play by Mathieu on the punt was dirty. That guy can go to Oakland or Pittsburgh. But I will say this: After watching that game, I'm just going to assume that anyone who wants us to replace Flacco with tyrod Taylor must be the LSU coach or and LSU fan. It was their defense and running back that won that game. I'd still like to have Courntey Upshaw or Donta Hightower though. Maybe Morris Claiborne from LSU, but not Mathieu. Great talent, but no class.

Talk about a defensive struggle. lol

The Raven/Steelers game should outscore this one pretty easily.

I want to see an LSU/Stanford Championship game.
This is the match up that I would like to see as well, but frankly I think LSU would crush Stanford. They have such a talented secondary its better than some NFL teams right now.

Me too. I wonder if Andrew Luck would stay for his Senior Year to have another shot at the National Title next year if Stanford falls short this season.

I don't think so.

He graduates this year. Really no point in coming back. I mean its not like hes playing on a team with a factory of NFL talent, so its not a given the team would compete for the championship again next year.

Stanford would get demolished. OSU would have a better chance in my opinion

I don't think so.

That LSU offense wouldn't do too much against the Stanford D, and we all know about Luck, so I think it would be close.

This week's action includes LSU versus Ole Miss - there should be some fireworks in that game - and, of course, "The Game", Harvard versus Yale. I'm favoring the Crimson in that game.

I'd love to see LSU's Defense matched up against Oklahoma State's Offense in the National Championship (mouth waters)

Shame they lost to Iowa State, but not really. They HAVE to fall out of the top 10 now.

Weeden's really overrated and the Oklahoma state defense is horrible. So glad their luck ran out. If Oklahoma State had played LSU in the BCS title game LSU would've blown them out.

Yeah, so much for that LOL!! Oklahoma State was understandably playing with a really heavy heart and it was obvious their heads weren't really into the game. They should have steamrolled Iowa State, but kudos to them for playing their guts out and pulling off the improbable upset. Alabama and Oregon couldn't be happier this morning.

I think they end up in a rematch with LSU in the BCS Title Game.

They probably get it because of Strength of Schedule and, technically, they're unbeaten in regular time (and could've beaten LSU if their kicker and QB weren't so awful).

I hope you're wrong! LSU v. Oregon would be a dream match-up... great D v. great O.

I hope I am too, but voters are probably more likely inclined to vote for an SEC team that lost it's only game in over time (against LSU) than a Pac-12 team that got blown out by LSU in the opening game.

I just read the story about what Siragusa said to Stover if he missed a field goal. If that were true, the Boise and OSU kickers wouldn't be alive today.

USC Upset # 4 Oregon, 38 to 35. Oregon missed a FG wide left that would have sent it into OT.

# 22 Baylor is also on it's way to a upset over # 5 Oklahoma... Baylor leads 38 to 31 with 3:41 left. Baylor just punted and Oklahoma will start on its own 23.
