How many minutes into the game will it take for the first "Fire Cam" post to appear?
Depends if we kick or receive? :)

Or who will win the crown for the first "We suck" comment, Moments after our first failure?.

If we do lose, I am mentally prepared to shoot down crazy talk. Because there will be a whole lot of it.

Not going to lie that very well could be me and it could be within 5 minutes... Although if he is actually committed I will be glad to say that I am wrong..and their has been some inspirational talk that has me being optimistic.

I do not anticipate a failure, but either way to say we suck....let's just say that one will not come form me.

I was planning on going to this game but some other emergency kind of expenses have come up.

So whoever is going will have to make some extra noise for me!

Man, it sucks that with Sundays comes the immediate Monday to follow.....
Yeah, but a Monday following a Ravens win is always more bearable... especially if we can somehow beat big Ben and the Steelers.

Ravens will debut the hurry up offense and spread the field.....

Lee Evans will have a huge game

31-13 Ravens take down the Steelers....
I have the same exact score. 31-13 Ravens

I know it sounds crazy because of how closely these teams usually play. But I just keep thinking back to the 2006 year when we basically dominated that defense because we had guys who could make explosive plays consistently.

Even though the offense isn't yet clicking on all cylinders, I think Evans and Dickson will be able to make enough plays down field to really open things up underneath for Boldin, Rice, Doss, Pitta and company.

I fully expect Flacco to throw for 300 yards and at least 2TDs. And before u tell me how crazy I am, think about the last 2 home games against the Steelers. Flacco passed for 289 1TD over 100 passer rating in 2009 and 266 1TD 88 passer rating in 2010. Then understand that he did this with basically no down field weapons.

I think Joe shuts some people up on Sunday.

baltimore is going to win it!!

I think flacco will emerge to one of the top 3-5 QB's, the chemistry between Q and joe should be better than last year. and oh yeah, how about our new deep threat?

the only thing that is a little concerning, our cornerbacks. Think they need a couple of games, could be shaky the first few weeks.

Rice is aboout to have a greate year.. awwww man im so excited!!!

Lets go bmore!!!

To be honest, my only concern about our CBs vs their WRs is the broken play.

I think the size of Cary and Jimmy will be a huge problem for those smallish WRs and reading some of Ben's comments this week, that's seems to be a big concern for those guys.

I also think our CBs will be able to match the really well with the speed those guys will bring. Jimmy, Cary and Webb should be able to contain Wallace, Brown and Sanders enough to force Ben to hold the ball just long enough for the improved pass rush to get home.

I think the combo of fox and Carr can handle Ward.

I really don't see those guys being able to have much success running the ball and from an offense stand point they will find it difficult to move the ball consistently, just like the last 3-4 times we've played them.

Should be a fun game.

Probably won't be around here too much on game day, unless I need some fellow Raven fan support as I live with a Steeler fan. At least I get this one on the TV since I live in Steeler county. Usually I pop in at half-time.

Have to work Sunday morning but that's okay. It will make the time pass faster until Game time and will be home in time for kick off.

Nervous already...

I know it's only week 1, but this game has huge implications. Both teams have (relatively) easy schedules, so I don't see either of us losing more than 4 games. We were both 12-4 last year.

It seems silly, since there's 15 more games - but this one is critical.

Man you don't understand how much I'd love for this to be right...

With regards to your later post about our CBs vs their WRs I'm a little more concerned mainly because of the inexperience of the guy's we'll likely be starting but other than that I don't see us being torched by any of them.
