Preseason 4 - Baltimore Ravens At Atlanta Falcons

909 posts in this topic

I'm pulling for a couple bubble guys. I like Allen, Doss, McPhee, LaQuan Williams, Kindle and Kruger. We'll see them all tonight and I hope they produce. I think the young guys have talent and the older guys are ready to finally break out. It will also be interesting to see who does well tonight and gets picked up by another team and then see how well the do there.

I'm so psyched, and it's only PS4. I have a med school exam the day after the Steelers game, and I'm not sure which I'm more nervous about.

I think I know the answer to that one lol... DVR the game and watch later haha.

Either that or study like crazy the weekend before and watch the game afterwards to take a break. Although it's hard to say if it'll actually be considered a break lol.

Yea he does. That was one of the complaints about him coming out of college. He was mostly effective only out of the shotgun.

So then why do we almost always have Joe under center except on obvious passing downs? To keep the defense on their toes as to not show whether we're passing or rushing?

Make Torrey play all game, throw everything his way. He's bound to catch some of them, it'll get him out of his funk, build his confidence in his game.

Been there, done that bro. I always found my self scheduling around the Ravens games. Actually, coincidentally my 1st semester of med-school was in week 1, against Pittsburgh with Flacco's debut. I can honestly say I was more worried about the game. Unfortunately, we lost but thank god Kyle Boller didn't start. I really hope this time we win.

It's only preseason, but I'm really excited to get a glimpse of the Ravens "Future" talent

As in not playing at all? Wow kind of surprised they're not playing at least one drive but oh well, at least they won't get hurt :)

I'm gonna watch how Jimmy Smith and Cary Williams on defense, and on offense I'm gonna watch receivers, not worrying to much about the running backs or d-line.

Man, McKinnie needs to get at least one series... how can we possibly trust him to be able to last a whole game against Pitt without seeing him take a few snaps during live-hitting, while getting his conditioning checked out?? This could come back to bite us.

Really hope Torrey looks better than he has so far.
Yeah, he can't look much worse.

typical preseason game 4 as far as who is playing however, I wonder why in all the hype in the pressers telling us over and over how this year was going to be different due to the lockout and the new faces? Why do we even listen to what these guys say during the week because I think they sit around and laugh about what they are going to tell the media and the fans this week that is absolutely bogus.

I'm a little bit worried that the O-line won't have seen any live action whatsoever before they face the Steelers but the coaches believe they've made the best decision.

It's a big night for Torrey and Tyrod. Really excited to see how they do.

Well I am waiting for it to show up via NFL Preseason live. I must say the quality is great after it buffers. It's windowed but you get high-def feed with it.

Edit: I'm watching the Buffalo - Detroit game and waiting until our game comes up.

I can't believe they're not going to play McKinnie at all. You can't expect him to be ready for real-game time speed, with a team he's never played with before... before he plays against James Harrison.

I know it's always a risk to sustain an injury in these meaningless games, but I don't agree at all with this decision. He hasn't played in any games since last January and he's only been with the Ravens for 10 days.
