Actually I remembered it was wed and was thinking there should be a new game thread. Bob took it to a new level yesterday and I started searching for something quickly a few minutes before I noticed the thread.

My guess would be for at least a drive on offense. Might not see some of the vets on D. Offensive Line might put in a little extra work.

Agreed. Starting offensive line needs work... especially McKinnie on the left and Oher back on the right side.

I think the starting Oline will play the entire 1st half. I think they need major work before the Steelers next week. Just being together in game action will help them.

I think the group of Leach, Rice, and Ricky will only play about 2 series or so. Anthony Allen will get a lot of first half touches before the starting oline.

I think both Jimmy and Cary will continue to get a lot of work. You don't really wanna risk injury, but you also wanna give both of those guys as much on field preparation as possible, because I think they are our starting CBs to start the season.

Even though they are young, I don't expect to see much of Dickson or Pitta. You just can't risk injury with those guys.

Overall I just expect to see a lot of young guys show they potential.

Well you can. NFL.com has bumped down the price of its 'Preseason Live' package to 4.99. You will be able to stream any game (not blackout games), live in their entirety. Plus you can watch any of the past preseason games.

Flacco does way better out of the gun than dropping back. He's usually swallowed up after his 3 or 5 step drops. In the gun, he's more confident. I like to think of a young Elway, who just responds better with the gun. SHOTGUN !!!
The draw is wide open when the passes are hitting their mark in the gun.

Yea he does. That was one of the complaints about him coming out of college. He was mostly effective only out of the shotgun.
