Chad Ochocinco

Hmmm. That's pretty shocking. They are also bringing in TJ for a workout. How crazy would it be if TJ and Ocho were on the same team again.

But I'll pass on Ocho for the Ravens. I like the guy, just not here, right now.

Is that really true?? That would help my fantasy team, but it would hurt the Pats in my opinion. Which would be good for us lol

I don't see Chad or Albert being cut like it's being speculated.
[/quote]

Me neither, too much invested in Ocho to get rid of him at least. Remember how this speculation of being cut affected Moss in his first year there?? There were rumors that he'd be cut in the Preaseason, but he flipped a switch and had a legendary year that same year. Maybe thats just a way to get the 'troublemaking' players to play lights out for Belichick.

Chad's a loser who has something for Bill and the Patriots. Just look at how serious he takes the team. He's not even that good. It's a huge downgrade going from Moss to Ochocinco. The funny part is Tom didn't even care but I'm sure if I look back, he was excited to get Moss. I hate the Patriots!

Yeah, we're already crowded at the WR spot (with young talent), only focus I want the FO to have is fixing the O-line and back up QB

I seem to remember hearing the same thing about Moss when he first became a Pat, I was gonna mention something, too.

I doubt it'll actually happen and if it did I'd only want him if he could play Tackle!

Actually, Moss was gone halfway through last year for the Pats. So they're really going from Branch to OchoCinco, so its an upgrade IMO.

I find it surprising, somewhat. If it's true, even if the Ravens did want him (No!), The Eagles will over pay him in a minute, or less. LOL!

Reports are Ocho and Brady aren't on the same page yet. I doubt they ever will be. I think Belichick is getting too cocky with his "I can change anyone" philosophy.

I can imagine them not really seeing eye to eye. But I can't see them getting rid of him. Not this year anyway.

Why would they waste the two draft picks they traded to acquire him + the 4.5 million dollar signing bonus? Is Chad Ochocinco worse than Deion Branch or Wes Welker? No way, especially with Tom Brady at the helm.

It's been three weeks since camp started....... Flacco isn't even on the same page with about 90% of his receivers. Belichick has a right to be cocky though, until you have one losing season in ten or so seasons... Dont hate.

Belichick hasn't had a losing season in 10 years, and his only losing season with the Patriots was his first year with the team 11 years ago.

Ocho would be an on-field distraction here, and I like what we have at receiver with Boldin, Evans, and the young guys. There is no reason to bring in Ocho in the unlikely event that he's cut. If Belichick gives up on a player, there's generally a reason for it.

I was talking about Randy joining in 2007 here, not about being replaced this year......

As much as I just can't stand "The Hoodie", Brady, and generally all things Patriots, they do have a way of making these things work. I guess cheating pays off after all, <_< , aledgedly.

I'm shocked that people like yourself don't get paid to give their opinions on NFL teams. That's going to be spot on, just wait.

On another note, why do people act like the Patriots have a good defense? They have one of the worst so why 5 of their defensive players go to the
Probowl is a complete joke....plain and simple.

I'll pass on Ochocinco, but if they wanna cut a few offensive linemen they could send 'em our way(wishful thinking).

Agreed.

Moss was hugely talented, but often - like with the Titans, and at the end with the Vikes - a head case. He got lazy, like Jerry Rice called him out for.

Ocho is a true head case... but in a different way. Ocho isn't as talented as Randy, but I always thought he cared, he always seemed to work hard, and care if his team was winning. Even though Ocho loved to promote Ocho, I thought he was a good teammate.

Which Randy wasn't...
